Smart Hotel Firn

Though I arrived late, I was made to feel so welcome! This in spite of my terrible (nonexistent, really) Italian, I was checked in and in my room in no time, and from the heated bathroom floors to the spacious room, I was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good, and the service and checkout (all by the same person as the check in the night before) was similarly friendly! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Hotel is perfectly located near Maso Corto where are all the ski slopes. Rooms are comfortable, spa is well maintained and dishes in restaurant are very tasteful. Big recommendation! I visited hotel with my family and friends. All of us were very contented about the hotel.

Prenotato questo hotel per L posizione e per l’ottimo Prezzo. Trascorse due notti 14/15 agosto. Note positive: personale gentilissimo e disponibile nessuno escluso. Il sig Giorgio che gestisce la struttura e’ superlativo. Camere grande e pulitissima ma datata. specie il bagno con vasca.. la nostra era scheggiata , water incastrato tra lavandino E la vasca stessa. Piscina grande ma poco riscaldata. Sauna e bagno turco ok. Note dolenti ahimè Ristorazione molto scadente. Menu’ senza possibilità di scelta sia primo che secondo senza alternative. Devo dire però che c’è la possibilità di chiedere per tempo una variazione. Colazione indescrivibile.. scarsa scelta Tutti prodotti industriali . Tosta pane non presente, latte caldo inesistente. Dolcì zero. Solo croissant un tipo. Affettati scarsi , frutta di pessima qualità . Uova solo sode. Prezzo esagerato per il vino mezzo litro della casa 15.00 euro 😱. Che dire??? Da prendere solo pernottamento . Un caro saluto a Giorgio
