Active Alm Hotel Moena

Fabulous hotel and staff! Dorian and Monica treated us like family. The wellness options are great, breakfast buffet and dinners offer such variety and cater well for eating preferences. The views are stunning from the rooms…. But the service received was the absolute best! Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for 4 nights, as a group ski excursion and the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The most important is the super polit and helpful personnel, both at the restaurants and the reception - top notch. The rooms are well appointed and quite spacious, with many amenities and extra towels for the pool. Also, the hotel is quite so we had a great sleep, not disturbed by other rooms. And at the time of our stay were more than 20 kids in the hotel. Also, the offer a convenient ski room which is located next door to the garage where you can take the hotel shuttle bus to the lifts. Very convenient and hassle free. The Food is great and well worth eating in the hotel. Breakfast has quite good variety and you can order your eggs as you like them. Dinner is a 3-course affair, everyday different but always delicious. And there is a choice everyday among 3 appetizers, 3 mains and 2 or 3 deserts, plus a huge salad buffet. All in all, without staying in any other hotels in the are (so I cannot compare), it is a great hotel, highly recommended, if you are interested in staying in Moena and also do some skiing.

Wonderful experience with very helpful manager and staff, and very friendly waiters. The catering is beyond imaginable. The hotel has an own skibus service to the nearest lift station. Only interesting thing was the lack of the inside doors in the rooms (only the toilet had it, but not the bath)

Bella struttura posta nel punto più strategico dove ammirare Moena in tutta la sua straordinaria bellezza e lo spettacolo delle Dolomiti. Abbiamo soggiornato prenotando due camere x 4 adulti e la nostra cagnolina. Dalle nostre finestre al quarto piano vedevamo gratis lo spettacolo della natura abbracciare Moena. Abbiamo mangiato bene e dormito in camere nuove ed eleganti. Splendida la piscina semicoperta e il prato dove bivaccare al sole. Unica pecca il problemino x l'acqua calda. La mattina bisognava aspettare almeno le 7,00 per avere la giusta temperatura. Ma può accadere e non penso sia routine per questo hotel 4 stelle. Consigli? Magari un upgrade futuro per diventare un vero pet-hotel e permettere a chi come nel nostro caso di consumare i pasti in compagnia del nostro cane. Per la settimana di soggiorno abbiamo fatto colazione e cena in disparte con un tavolo nella zona bar. Ma val bene anche questa cosa e x buona pace di chi la pensa diversamente. Consiglio e ringrazio tutti.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è andato tutto a meraviglia ad iniziare con una bella accoglienza da parte della reception. Le camere spaziose, luminose, noi avevamo quella con vista sulle splendide montagne, sempre pulite, in ordine. Letti confortevoli, per un buon relax, pur essendo poco distante dal centro di Moena, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi regnava il silenzio. Noi abbiamo sempre cenato in questo hotel poiché si mangia davvero bene, cibo curato, ottimo servizio al tavolo. Assolutamente consigliato!!!
