Świetny hotel, smaczne jedzenie . Bardzo miła obsługa, zwłaszcza Pan Melo. Cała rodzina zadowolona . Dzieci szczęśliwe, aquapark bardzo duży. Pogoda splatała figla, ale jest co robić w środku. Sala zabaw dla dzieci, pokój gier i zabaw. Polecamy z całego serca!!!!

Byłem w Turcji wiele razy, sieć Voyage, Rixos, Liberty, Regnum. Także w hotelu sieci Barut w Fetyie, wiem jak powinno być w dobrym hotelu. Tutaj to hotel moloch, raczej dla głośnych rodzin. Nie czujesz się tu jak szczególny gość - tylko jak składnik przemysłu hotelarskiego. Jedzenie w ilości przemysłowej - słabe, serwis słaby.vPlaża słaba, wszędzie mnóstwo ludzi. Jak szukasz czegoś premium, to nie ten adres. Po prostu przemysł turystyczny.

We had our first all inclusive trip here to Anda Barut Collection and it was absolutely stunning, the hotel is grand and is like walking into a palace! The staff are phenomenal and cater to every need, they are extremely polite and welcoming whilst remaining very professional. We will be back here next year!!

This has been by far the best holiday ever! The staff are all super friendly and helpful, the hotel is just so beautiful 😍. The whole week has been nothing but laughter and smiles. Night entertainment was Amazing, and beautiful food that suits everyone. Will 100% be rebooking for next year.

We had huge trepidation coming here, which actually made a very stressful run up to our break. And I should counsel - before my glowing review - that we saw 24 hours of school holiday carnage and our experience was very different than many other people we spoke too - the timing of your stay will have an impact! We have had the most superb holiday - and after 10 days of lapping up the experience wanted to share our tips/thoughts for future visitors. - if you can, avoid school holidays (the first few days were as chaotic and busy as we'd read about) - Al la cartes - we have been successful, through the app on 9 of our 10 nights. Often not getting a table till after 10.10am, we persist and wait for everyone else to give up 😜 (they do need to sort this in the future however as it has undoubtedly added to people's stress levels which no one needs on holiday) - swim up room worth the extra money, especially if traveling during school holidays as it gives you a retreat - the food is exceptional everywhere (and I mean exceptional!) Highlights - Kara kebabs, fish restaurant for breakfast (also has the best coffee!), cape beach evening menu, No Se beef carpaccio - this resort is UNBEATABLE for young children. Our toddler has had a dream experience. They have thought of everything including cute touches like their own toiletry set - the spa was a truly memorable experience and one that's worth splashing out on - the beds. Barut - you could have a side line selling these 😍 - the evening entertainment - look, it's not always to our taste but nice to have something to look at/somewhere to congregate - it's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in - huge thanks for the cleaning team - the staff try so hard and we had fantastic experiences with all. Most notably Ali who served in Kara, No Se and Cape. You have a great team Suggestions: - increase wines available by the glass. Only one in each eatery is quite limited. There are only two house wines available, and not ideal if you prefer one over the other as rarely both stocked in same place. Turkey has some amazing wines so shame to see these chargeable - introduce some lower key musicians into the Ease lobby bar (the Christmas music was a hilarious low point) - sun lounger reserves should not be allowed and staff should remove any that have been left unoccupied for an hour or more - service in Kara does need to be looked at, was the slowest and seemed junior staff We will return - and we don't often say that! But definitely during term time while we can
