Just returned from a two night stay and I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our suite was overlooking the bay and the views were stunning. Our balcony was spectacular and the amenities in our room and the hotel were first class. We enjoyed a daybed by the main pool and the hostess was so friendly and helpful. This hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings and is a little piece of paradise, one not to be missed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this magical place. The staff were wonderfully attentive, and a special shout-out goes to Carlos, who gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, beaches, shops, local events—and even the perfect times to head to the airport. He’s a true concierge who makes you feel completely at home. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Stayed at the Mondrian for 1 week and had a great visit. Particular highlights: -Front desk & pool service very friendly and helpful -Breakfast buffet plus a la carte menu -concierge (Vivian) was excellent -4 swimming pools and easy access to the beach -good location on the beach, most places we visited were within 25 minutes away -rooms were spacious and modern. Would definitely stay again. Some suggested improvements: -Lift service was very slow as only 2 lifts so often busy -near the pools, the bathrooms are not very close and there were only 2 women cubicles & locks didn’t work. Also signage was located at the top of the door frame and so couldn’t easily tell if male/female. -music by the pools sometimes was really loud especially if your lounger was close to the speaker (although these were hard to avoid)

Located in a hill side, so be aware that even if you stay on «high» floor you can get the ground floor feeling with stairs og ground just outside your room. However the rooms are quite nice and fresh. Small bathrooms, a little sofa area which was nice. Balcony, but we had no furnitures at ours. Lobby area is really nice and so is the bar there. Great ambience, Ibiza style. Small coffee and snack shop. Friendly staff. Pool area is nice but they could have done more out of it. Not completely up to date. Food in the pool area restaurant was poor. The hotel is located in a very beautiful bay. Nice to go for a swim and just steps from the pool area. Possible to get massage and manicures by the pool area. Good vibes by the pool.
