Theros All Suite Hotel

From the moment we arrived at Theros All Suite Hotel in Kos, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff’s friendliness made us feel instantly at home, and I have to give special mention to Aspasia, the owner – her positivity, helpfulness, and kind energy truly set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding. We enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful morning yoga session, followed by a visit to the L’Occitane Spa, which was pure bliss. The Mazimas Restaurant is exceptional – the menu, crafted by Chef Alexandros Charalabopoulos, is a culinary experience in itself, and every dish was both beautifully presented and full of flavour. Breakfast was the highlight of each day, with a great selection of both à la carte options and a well-stocked buffet to suit every taste. Theros All Suite Hotel combines impeccable service, beautiful facilities, and thoughtful details to create an unforgettable experience. I would recommend it without a second thought to anyone visiting Kos. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

A beautiful and serene escape for a relaxing holiday. We stayed here for a week and were very impressed with the look and feel of the grounds. Everywhere you walked there were smells of jasmin and lavender, lemon and olive trees and a cute vegetable garden. We stayed in the premium private pool suite. This room was perfect and had double wardrobes. The private pool and garden was stunning and even though there were a couple sections with bamboo fencing (see through) instead of stone, it was fine. Our room was at the back and had very little public foot traffic of other guests. The pool was brilliant and had a lounging pad to tan and stay cool in the water, a shaded patio and some loungers in the sun. There were ground cover plants in the private garden area, though most were dead which we thought was strange as everywhere else on site was so lush but the trees around the pool were thriving so it still looked great. Housekeeping seemed to come at random times of the day, even if you pushed the clean my room button. Would be great to schedule a cleaning time to coincide with plans. The pool and patio area were never cleaned while we were there and so it accumulated alot of dead leaves etc. from the dead plants. We ate on site a few times for lunch and dinner and the food was great. Breakfast had a fantastic assortment of stuff to keep things varied. The service was always great but sometimes it was a bit slow during lunch or pre-dinner cocktails. We booked massage and facials and they were amazing. The best massage we've ever received. We never used the public pools but they looked great and always had loungers available when we walked by. Handily, there is an app based scooter company in Kos Town and one of the parking spots for scooters was in front of the hotel so it was super easy to get into town centre using the bike lanes with these scooters. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we had such a relaxing holiday. The staff were very friendly and full of conversation. Kos has enough to explore in terms of ancient sites to keep you busy if you want. We would definitely recommend getting around via scooter and exploring differents streets. A quick shout out to eat at Lampros, Kapari Meze, and Mylos while you stay.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Theros All Suites We stayed at Theros All Suites in Kos earlier on in May and the hotel was nothing but outstanding, it is a very modern, luxurious and relaxing hotel that really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had plenty of choices, as well as a fab à la carte menu. I had the Greek omelette most days and the most amazing orange juice! We ate lunch at the Mazi Mas pool bar lots, and I think it's the best Greek Salad I've had along with the gyros. the octopus. need I go on! We can't forget the wine, my newfound Greek wine - Malagousia! We dined twice at Parea, the hotel's main restaurant. One evening we chose from the main menu and another night, we enjoyed their five-course Italian night, which was very delicious. We were lucky enough to stay in two different suites during our visit - the Grand Junior Suite and a Private Pool Suite, both were stunning and very spacious and had everything you needed. We also used the gym and attended yoga classes which set you up for the day but didn't make it to the spa which had only been open for a week, but it looked good. What really made our stay unforgettable, was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We walked into Kos Town most days as it was only a 15/20 min walk away. We would without hesitation return to Theros All Suites and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Kos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Theros. We had a premium room with pool. This was a cracking room, the private pool and area meant we spent loads of time enjoying it. The bed was comfy, the air con great, the room was regularly cleaned etc. The wider hotel was lovely, clearly well designed snd well kept. Always met with friendly staff. The breakfast every morning was great with lots of choice. We ate at the restaurants twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was nice, but portions small and expensive. Our recommendation would be for a simpler, more traditional Greek menu! We wanted nothing more than a big bowl of tzatziki and pitta or two. Don’t try too hard to be a fine dining restaurant! Kos as a town was fairly poor for us, felt very tourist focused and lacked real Greek charm. This was reflected in the food!

Had a wonderful 10 nights at Theros All Suites. Very welcoming checkin with plenty of information. Great selection for breakfast, didn't have evening meal at hotel as seemed a bit pricey, some great tavernas close by. Majority during our stay were younger couples, but had more of a chill vibe than a party. Very peaceful around the pool areas. Room and grounds kept to a high standard. All staff very friendly and helpful. Private beach is not the prettiest but still gives you that peaceful experience. Would definetly stay again.
