We were staying at a Sea view suite with pool and the room was extraordinary. We didn’t want to leave. Staff were amazing and accommodated and they assisted us with everything. We wish we could stay more days and enjoy every facility of this wonderful property. Thank you for this amazing hospitality and can’t wait to come back soon.

We had a lovely stay at Koia All Suites Resort. The location is beautiful, and the architecture of the resort is stunning – it’s a place with a serene, stylish atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. What really stood out was the genuinely warm and friendly service throughout the resort. From reception to restaurant, everyone was helpful and attentive. A special thanks to Alex, who remembered our names after the first day and made us feel truly welcome, and to Nikos, who impressed us with his efficient and professional service. At the bar, Katarina was always cheerful, attentive, and remembered our drink preferences – a small touch that made a big difference. The dinner service varied a bit depending on the day and the staff. One evening, service was very slow and we didn’t get our dessert, but on another night, everything ran perfectly – glasses refilled without asking and food arrived smoothly (thanks again to Nikos). The food overall was excellent. Our suite was beautiful and we loved having our own pool with a lovely view. The room design was stylish, though there’s some room for improvement in functionality. For example, there was no proper place to hang large towels (only a few hooks already used by bathrobes), and the bathroom could use a surface near the sink – my toiletries ended up on the floor or clothes rack. It would also make sense to have a bin in the bathroom, not just in the bedroom. Breakfast was a real highlight – varied, plentiful, and delicious. Room service also worked very well. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t very effective, and on hot nights, it struggled to cool the space. One surprising point was the water policy: only one bottle of water per day was provided, and additional bottles cost €5 each. Coming from Scandinavia, where water is a basic expectation, this felt excessive. It would also be great if the small shop on site offered some basic items like sunscreen – especially as there’s no grocery store within walking distance. I’d recommend bringing essentials with you or renting a car. Overall, Koia is a beautiful place with excellent staff and food, and just a few small improvements could make the stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time and would be happy to return.

We have just returned from the most amazing stay at Koia, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel for the peace and quiet it has to offer and I have to say it was pure tranquility. We hired a car from Kos airport so cannot comment on the free transfer, however a few days before arrival the hotel contacted us to make arrangements if we required it. Upon arrival to Koia we were greeted with 1 of the wonderful staff to help us with our bags. I have to say I found the check in part a bit tedious, you are escorted to the bar where you are given a welcome drink, the check in staff say they will be back to you in 5 mins but in reality it's 30 which I found too much as we just wanted to get to our room (but I'm sure I'm in the minority with this). You are taken to your room in a golf buggy- these are available throughout your stay to make getting around the resort easy. We chose a seaview room with private pool and I have to say it's one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in mainly due the outside area and view. The only negatives I can think of about the room is the air conditioning can only be lowered to 22 degrees and even with the fan on this does not give you the relief that most hotel rooms give and I understand it's for environmental reasons but as a 5 star hotel I would expect to be able to lower the temperature. Also the bathrooms is lovely however the sink is like a troff and therefore there is not much storage for skincare etc apart from a shelf underneath which isn't very convenient. Housekeeping came daily with fresh bottled water and towels, the room was always clean. And the pool…heaven, our room 802 had the sun on it from sunrise to about 4pm We stayed half board, there was plenty of choice for breakfast; fresh fruit, salads, cold meats & cheeses, cereals, yogurts, hot food, pastries & bread plus a menu of a la carte which you can order from. Alex at breakfast was wonderful he learnt our names on our first morning, greeted us as friends and wouldn't let you move your own chair always saying ‘our job is just to exist’. The evening meal was always delicious and we especially liked the theme nights, all the food was exceptional but I have to say the desserts were out of this world. Maria in the evening was always so happy and wanted to chat with guests, 1 night she chose my desert for me, it was something I would not have picked but I have to say it was out of this world. At checkout we were gifted with a plant pot, basil and some Kos soil, such a lovely gesture to take a bit of Greece home with us. All staff couldn't do enough for you and definitely the best hotel we have stayed in in Europe. If you want tranquility and luxury do not hesitate to book.
