Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort

What an absolute gem of an offering, our first time Greek experience and we shall be back. From start to finish the execution of the Koia philosophy was carried out to the nth degree, but without being pretentious in anyway, totally natural and warming. The suited hotel was beautiful, our room was superb, the staff exceptional, everything to make ours and other guests stay was never any trouble. Sited on the Agios Fokas peninsular the Koia offered spectacular views only enhanced by the late October weather in Kos. Our intention was to enjoy a week of relaxation and the Koia gave us this in abundance, the food, the bar, the spa and general ambiance could not have been better. The intention is not to stay still but to improve on their offering, which is to be applauded in all respects, from anything that can be improved to the surroundings and moving forward with sustainable offerings in the kitchen with furtherance of the home grown on site philosophy. In short an exceptional facility in exceptional surroundings with exceptional staff, we cannot be more pleased to have been part of the Koia journey and experience.

Wow. What a hotel/resort. The location and views are simply stunning, the people are the most friendliest, hospitable and kindest, where they cannot offer enough. Also very professional. We have never been treated so warmly by hotel staff. Myself and my partner have stayed in over 20 5* hotels across Europe, and by far, this is our favorite. It exceeded all expectations. We would class it as 5* plus! We are quite picky, but nothing we can fault. It's also just so clean and the food is just superb - such a variety each evening. Like Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in! The yoga classes are so great too! We feel so good in ourselves and our wellbeing compared to when we first came. It's such great value for money. We are so grateful to the hotel and staff and cannot recommend this resort enough :) thank you so much ❤️ Christine and Craig x

Living room ,bed room with a view ,out door shower and private pool . What more could I ask for . Welcome drinks upon arrival. Spectacular food . Amazing view . Yoga ! The staff were lovely and accommodating. A new hotel that didn’t let me down Will be coming back

Amazing Ressort with super Service and Sea View. Best for smaller Business Meetings. We plan an incentive here 2026. Thanks to the kind management for showing me the place! Side Inspection for business event & fam trips. Amazing style and architecture.

We had one of the best villa with private pool looking to Aegean sea. It is modern and cosy, minimalistic style. Separate bedroom and living room; both with LCTV. Comfortable bed. Nesspreso machine and a bottle of wine as a wellcome drink! Very nice! Huge bathroom with two rainy shower one inside and one outside. Outdide area had table with chairs, sofa and two sunbeds. Big swimming pool but cold water. Breakfast was in the main restaurant with tasty food but not to many station, almost everday the same food. Compered to other 5* hotel very low level of food for breakfast. There is only one main swimming pool and poolbar but the water was extremely cold, almost nobody was in the pool. No daily entertainment. There is pivate beach but far away from our villa so you need to use electric vehicle to get to the beach and cross the island’s main road. Be aware of the cleaning lady who enters to clean the room even you put do not disturb on your door! She is also very rude with no basic level of culture. Very emberrassing for new 5* hotel! But front desc stuff are very good, smiley and so helpful.
