My stay at the City of Dreams Mediterranean was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the outstanding service provided by Nadia, the concierge. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my trip was perfect. Whether it was securing reservations, offering local recommendations, or simply greeting me with a warm and genuine smile each day — Nadia was exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail reflect the highest standard of hospitality. As for the hotel itself, City of Dreams Mediterranean is a luxurious haven. The rooms are modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views and top-tier amenities. The facilities — from the world-class spa and pool to the diverse dining options — are exceptional and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and indulgence. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and eager to help, contributing to a truly welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a five-star experience in every sense. I can’t recommend it highly enough — and if you’re lucky, Nadia will be there to make your stay even more special.

Now is 08.06.2025 five star hotel and I am standing more than 45 minutes for check in!!!! Huge line! How it’s possible???? Really for this price people need to stand in the line work kids, luggage’s and ext. Find more people! It’s not an airport to stand so long!!!

We had a fantastic time at Central Stage yesterday! The atmosphere was great, but what truly stood out was the service. Theodora took care of us with such warmth and professionalism – her cocktails were simply perfect. She greeted us with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Can’t wait to return!

Nermine was the best! As we arrived, she came and give us rose and balloons ro my son. Perfect experience! The zip line and the trampoline open just at weekend, that's sacks. But except for that, everything amazing!! We definitely come back!
