The hotel is very beautiful, clean, high standands. The reception staff gave me wrong information about visiting places, told me the blue cave was not open for visiting (wrong as we did go at the end) very distant and not interested in helping. The restaurant did not have enough staff to serve customers, we often went to bed hungry as there was not any restaurants around the area. The surrounding area has road work everywhere. Dissapointed.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. When we visited there was a construction site next to the hotel but honestly that didn’t disturb us at all. The water stopped working for about 24h, so we were unable to shower, flush the toilets, wash our hands etc for an entire day… but at least we could get bottled drinking water at the reception. Then another day some pipe from the rooftop pool bursted and an incredible amount of water came pouring down and flooded the building. The problem was resolved quite quickly but we were given no information about what actually happened. When we asked the staff the next day about the flooding situation they said they didn’t even know that it had happened. We were also served completely different dishes than what we ordered in the restaurant. My husband who is a vegetarian was served pasta with shrimp, and while 3/4 people got our food one person had to wait an additional 30 minutes to even get their food.

Hotel is beautiful. Food is ok, but lors of it is not fresh, like rice creckers or bread. Spa is ok, but water in the pool is pretty cold. The worst thing about this hotel is staff The staff is so rude, unpolite (exept the Girls on the reception). Also, there is a huge comstruction site in front of hotel, so there is a lot of noise and dust.
