Am really amazed by all the team members at the hotel. I was treated like a family from the first time I got here I was greeted from outside the hotel, Samara welcomed me by taking my bags from the entrance engaged in a friendly conversation after a long trip. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, the reception team members Wael, Nicole and Shabbir and Christine all made my stay special. I booked through my daughters closest friend recommendation and it was worth it, I highly recommend to everyone traveling to Dubai from USA
