Hotel Grohmann

Before going on our ski vacation, I had read reviews on Google and Trustpilot and was actually quite worried about the hotel where we would be staying for a week. BUT now that I’ve been here for almost a week, everything has been great! All the staff we’ve interacted with (at check-in and in the restaurant) have been friendly, helpful, and professional. The room and the spa are exactly as expected. Both meals are plentiful and feature good Italian food. There is a wide selection, both at the breakfast buffet and for dinner. If I ever find myself in this area again, I would gladly book another stay.

I’ll start with the positives - room large and clean. Location great! Food and service awful - every night there would be a meal missing, a lack of communication and apologies. My daughter has Coeliac disease and I checked before booking and phoned the week before we arrived and was promised safe food and options. In reality the staff told me/gave me things that she wasn’t allowed to eat! She had hardly any options! Didn’t get her food until 9pm and was made to feel completely singled out for having Coeliac disease. The first time in 2 years that my 9 year old has got upset over not being able to eat the same food as everyone else. This hotel is not able to offer gluten free so absolutely do not book if this is what is required! Would go back to the area but not this hotel!

La struttura non ha informato i clienti nel modo accurato dell'ordinanza emessa dal sindaco, solo dopo che molte persone come noi hanno iniziato a stare male con virus gastrointestinali e febbre alta hanno appeso l'ordinanza anche dentro l'ascensore. Questo a causato l'obbligo di rientro anticipato dalle ferie !! Quei pochi giorni passati nell'albergo, disorganizzazione nella cucina ( ci siamo trovati dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa non avevamo ancora il primo, altri tavoli vicino a noi stavano già terminando il dolce). Cibo sia durante la colazione che alla cena di scarsa qualità o comunque non da albergo di tre stelle.
