Balmy Foresta

The hotel is located in a stunning area, which is undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths. The building itself is very nice – clean, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. The travel agency assured us that the hotel had been recently renovated, although in my opinion, it was only refreshed – some elements still show signs of wear. The food deserves special praise. It was absolutely delicious, varied, and far from monotonous – everyone, regardless of preferences, is sure to find something they enjoy. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were plentiful and always fresh. The biggest downside was the staff. Unfortunately, most employees do not speak English, which often made communication difficult. Additionally, their pace of work left much to be desired – they were very slow and often disorganized. Despite these shortcomings, we are overall very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has great potential, but there are still some areas, especially in guest service, that need improvement.

We had the best stay. The kids club has been fantastic and the girls are lovely with our daughter, harper. She particularly enjoyed the mini disco and making the sunglasses. We love the play park and all the toys available in the kids club too. Thank you!

Friendly staff, Diana, dalma over at the kids club done an excellent job with the kids making them feel welcome, they had a carnival for the children which was realy fun fornus all would highly recommend this hotel The food and service was great and the rooms where lovely

We visited as a family sisters holiday for a mini break and received a warm welcome as we arrived and quickly taken to our room with a helpful porter. The room was clean and big enough with a nice view looking over the grounds, lots of toiletries to use available and a full mini bar and replenished each day. Although the read up on the TUI website states this has been refurbished it’s hard to see in some areas especially around the corridor area with old looking carpets and bland looking walls around entrance and reception area. In the main restaurant there was always something to eat but came a little repetitive at times, drinks were plentiful which included branded if you wanted and good variety of cocktails. We had lunch at the garden restaurant which was very good with attentive staff and lovely food ( highly recommend) and seafood restaurant which was included in the all inclusive was also very good. Beach bar we found to be nice with nice seating and the beach jetty also great with plenty of sunbeds available. Overall we enjoyed our stay but room for improvement to get the 5*

I have been at least 15 times in Turkey hotels. But these hotel is terrible. Food is the worst i ever been in my life. House keeping and mini bar is terrible. If you need water in the room you need to go to restaurant ask for it because mini bar never come, even if you call to reception, they answer sorry mini bar don’t working today…:D personal don’t speak in english or just a little bit. If you order latte they will bring you black coffee with milk, if you order tequila they will give you bianco😀 Animations? If you ask them fot animatioms i think they will misunderstood you. Balcony full birds droppings, because they are living there, so if you there with a baby like me, they will have fun 🤩 I could write and write about this hotel. I feel sorry for people who already choose this hotel like me:((( This hotel is maximum maximum 3 stars not 5. If you want to be happy and in good mood in your holiday don’t choose these hotel. If you choose you will remember my words I promise you.
