Hotel Kristall-Saphir

To było w przeszłości, ładny hotel. Udało nam się znaleźć go na stronie internetowej MIGROS. Wciąż jest ładny, ale stary i kompetentny personel jest tylko w recepcji. Obsługa w restauracji jest słaba, a kelnerzy wydają się być zawsze jest zły nastrój. Menu w restauracji jest również dość słaba, a Cook nie jest naprawdę dobre. Pokoje są duże i czyste, ale wydają się być przegrzany. Jeśli masz wybór po prostu pomiń to miejsce.

Wonderful warm welcome and excellent rooms for linedance courses day and night! Besides best Swiss wine and dine with international touch. Very clean rooms and excellent quality of bed. Free busses and transportation! Most friendly personel I ever experienced in my life. Wonderful different hiking pathes. I will definitely come back for more.

- the room is clean and well equipped. - we book the room with 3/4 pension. Every evening the menu is different and the food is extremely good. - the bus station is next to the door. Very easy to transfer to Saas Fee

Nice hotel with friendly service and great food. We stayed here one night spontaneously but it is worth to stay longer in this nice location. We definitely will come back. All public transportation including gondolas are included in the hotel price.

We were offered a ‘Wonderbox’ one night break with evening meal and looking through the booklet of hotels available this one seemed the best. We were not disappointed! The area is beautiful: there is a scenic waterfall just behind the hotel and marmots live on the valley side. We had a comfortable room with balcony and lovely view up-valley. It was a good 4-course meal that came with our offer and there was plenty of choice at breakfast-time, including pancakes. It is a large hotel, and there were 2 groups staying at the same time. One group were musicians so we enjoyed their alpine folk music in the evening. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the spa and sauna facilities – next time! We did have some lovely walks though. It is great that the valley offers free rides on the bus, cable car and chair lifts – though the taxe de séjour is quite high to cover that.
