Starfish Quatro Palmas

I travelled with a friend who has never been to Cuba before and she loved it. We were there from April 15-23. I am a multiple repeat guest and love this resort for the people and the location. Juan Pablo and Hanny fix any problem you may have, security guys Adalkis and Jimena are the best protectors and both speak great English should you have an issue with someone. Isumi in the buffet and Yan in the Cuban restaurant get above average marks for their service. I was disappointed that Michael was no longer at the resort pool as he is such a kind guy who helped you without being asked to and never asked for anything in return. All bartenders in the lobby bar are very attentive. Please do not tip in Canadian coins as they just have to try and sell them back to us. Food was better than last April and water bottles from the rooms can be taken to the bar or buffet to be filled up. No need to keep asking for additional bottles to be delivered to your room. All in all, the best resort!

3 iem fois cette année . Voyage de 8 jours , arrivée le 12 avril à 22h30 . Accueil correct . Chambre 1306 impeccable , aucun insecte, tranquille. N’hésitez pas à demander de l’eau car à 2 reprises on n’a pas reçu et on a demandé à notre femme de chambre et on a reçu, super gentille. Jesus et sa gang sont vraiment hot , à l’animation. La piscine est vraiment propre . Le snack bar est vraiment bon ( hamburger,hot-dog, pizza , sprite, Fanta a l’orange. ) la plage est vraiment magnifique (eau turquoise claire) jamais manqué de chaise longue , même pas besoin de réserver. L’emplacement est vraiment magnifique, bar, discothèque, bon resto a proximité. Pas un hôtel luxueuse mais un très bon 3 étoiles qui en vaut un 4 . Je le recommande

Es nuestra primera vez aquí y todo ha sido perfecto, desde el primer día. La recepción fue el primer gancho que tuvimos con el hotel. El personal en frontbresk es muy amable. La calidad de todos los servicios nos ha gustado y sobretodo ha superado nuestras expectativas. Creo que el hotel se diferencia mucho del resto que de los que se encuentran en el downtown de Varadero. La verdad recomendamos venir aquí. Y ya estamos pensando en regresar. Recomendamos sobretodo ir al bar nocturno, los mejores cócteles te los tomarás ahí. Saludos a Hany y el resto de las muchachas. Brindan un buen servicio
