Villa Le Blanc Gran Melia

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet setting . Initially we had a slight problem with our room when we arrived but appreciate this was resolved quickly . The staff throughout the hotel are great all very enthusiastic , professional and strive to provide a warm friendly service and atmosphere for their guests . I have scored this 4 ,mainly because there were many young families with small children when we stayed not so great when you are a couple looking to relax. This was very noticeable in the main dinning area particularly at dinner. Lastly the main restaurant lunch and dinner menu are the same , food therefore a little repetitive . That all said we really enjoyed our stay thanks to all staff .

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. However, I accidentally left two drawers full of clothes on departure and when I called the following day to ask where they were, I was informed that housekeeping hadn’t found them and they must be lost. This is completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. When I pushed staff to send someone to double check, all my clothes miraculously showed up which suggests that housekeeping didn’t clean the room thoroughly enough to check in all the drawers as the items were where I’d left them 24 hours before. We also experienced problems when dining at the hotel lobby bar. The waiter literally forgot everything we ordered, including wine and the dishes we asked for. It was rather bizarre! We wouldn’t expect these sorts of service issues at an expensive 5 star resort. Aside from that, we were incredibly happy with our stay. The setting is utterly beautiful, our room had a huge hot tub and sofa on it which was pure luxury, the staff were super accommodating for the most part and our 4 year old son loved the kids club! Would definitely recommend.

A truly wonderful hotel! A minor room issue on arrival—partly my fault for not making a clear note in the booking —was swiftly resolved by the excellent Reception manager. Every staff member was polite, friendly, and helpful. The food was fantastic, and the location is stunning. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Overall, a remarkable -highly recommended- experience. Location is ideal, great room and view, a super comfy bed. Friendly, effective and knowledgeable staff, delicious food and drinks -they have many km 0 fabulous products- in astonishing surroundings.

Everything was perfect, the whole team member are very kind and warm, the hotel is very clean, calm and the breakfast is really good. Also a special thanks to Carmen who was making sure that everything was perfectly settled for our stay, every single details. It was wonderful. I fully recommend this hotel and the stay. The location is really good, the views from the room is amazing and the room is wonderful. You can book this hotel your eyes closed. Thank you again for making this stay special.
