We had a relaxing week at this quiet and clean hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room cleaned daily. Great selections at breakfast buffet. Only went to the dinner buffet twice, but was impressed with the vairity of options. Some evening entertainment which finished about 10pm. The Spa was bookable which meant it was never busy, and a great place to relax and refresh. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Again, the hotel was exactly as we expected. Food very good. Cleaning team excellent All the staff were helpful and very good at their jobs. Reception team are exceptional. We had the same room, Pool view 218, no issues. Bar prices are resonable. Love the book room. A lovely holiday, see you (we hope) next year.

Really clean & friendly. Great breakfast, buffet style with lot's of variety. Comfortable bads & pillows. Beautiful pool & comfortable sun loungers. The pool bar has a great selection & is reasonably priced. We saw an acoustic rock & pop duo n the bar that were amazing!

This is a lovely hotel - it’s just in the wrong location. There are a few restaurants within a 15 minute walk but they are tired and not the liveliest place to stay. Facilities at the hotel are excellent. Great sized balconies and some overlook the pool which is lovely. Unfortunately ours overlooked the car park but we still managed to take advantage of it

Our first visit to Menorca and this hotel definitely added to our overall enjoyment. From the genuinely warm welcome on arrival, to walking into our modern, well-equipped and beautifully clean bedroom, the whole of our stay was hassle-free and a joy! We found it so easy to relax here, the comfy beds meant we slept very well and when we needed to use it, the air con was the quietest we've ever experienced. The communal and private areas are pristine, the cleaning staff make everything sparkle. We were impressed by the efforts to encourage guests to recycle using the bins in the corridors. The indoor spa pool with water jets and jacuzzi was a real treat, we went twice. You have to pre-book as users are limited to 10 which keeps it uncrowded, perfect. A huge variety of dishes on offer in the restaurant, constantly being replenished. Yes, if you prefer your meal hot rather than just warm, best to choose from the freshly cooked section. So much seasonal local produce, much of it from the hotel's own farms, including the cheeses. Sadly we didn't get to try it all as just too much to choose from! Again, impressive that there were no plastic containers used - yogurt was in glass vases and even tea was tea leaves, not tea bags. The restaurant did get busy at times but an additional area was opened up and the staff were constantly clearing away used dishes. The outside terrace is popular so you need to be early to grab a table there! The hotel location was ideal for us as we were walking sections of the coastal path which is directly accessible from the hotel. Nearby bus stops enabled us to easily travel into Ciutadella and to Cala n'Bosch too. Most of the surrounding area is villas so apart from small supermarkets there isn't much else unless you walk 10 minutes to the "commercial centre" where there are a few bars. Big thanks to the staff who patiently answered all our queries and were so helpful in providing information when we arrived. Throughout the hotel there was a lovely friendly atmosphere, staff seemed to want to spend time with us. A fantastic hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday - we hope to return again! Thank you.
