This hotel is simply excellent! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is immaculate, food exceptional,there was some evening entertainment which was low key but good quality. Lovely outdoor pool with lifeguard as well as indoor pool which required booking in advance. At this time of year the hotel is not too busy but has a nice atmosphere. Beds were so so comfortable and rooms were a good size. All staff work hard to make your stay perfect. Plenty of walking options either to Ciutedella or along the coast. Local bus near to hotel too. One of the best holidays we've had. Thankyou so much to all the staff!,

Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Our first visit to menorca and couldn't have wished for a better hotel. Staff very attentive especially at pool bar but also In main resteraunt. Every area of hotel were spotlessly clean and decorated for a great ambience. We had room 116 which had pool view which added to our great experience. Great selection of good in resteraunt although some good do with being a little hotter. Evening entertainment was also very good. Hoping to return next year.

Travelled with my 6 year old daughter for the last week of October and made some wonderful friends. It was quiet but that’s what made it so amazing. It felt the safest place I’d ever been too and so relaxing (even with a 6 year old) There was evening entertainment 3 out of the 7 days (this was end of season so don’t know if this is standard or more during busy months) but it was more than enough for us and finished at decent time for those who wanted earlier night Food was delicious and very environmentally conscious with no plastic in sight. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and dinner and pool bar food was lovely. If you were vegetarian you may struggle more with the options. Bus stop in walking distance which had easy access to cuitadella. €1.70 per person each way. We got a cab there one day due to bus strike and it cost just under €9 for the two of us. We chose to walk back and took about 40mins but was a nice stroll Crystal clear water and sandy beach just at end of the road which is perfect for a snorkel and supermarkets nearby (though the nearest shut 2days into the holiday but only 10/15mins walk to Cala blanca which had a supermarket so wasn’t a problem) We had a room on the first floor overlooking the pool with sun on the balcony in the afternoon. Free safe and gorgeous bathroom (which do now have doors on them) Special mention to Xavi at the pool bar who brought in Halloween treats for the kids and was always so friendly, and to Jesus in the main restaurant who always made such an effort with my daughter. But all the staff were super friendly and so kind and made our holiday extra special. pool is freezing but once your in it’s nice for a swim. Plenty of sun beds and always a space even the soft padded ones There was an indoor pool which wasn’t much warmer but nice if weather not so good. There is a book swap there with loads to choose from which was great. Don’t hesitate booking here, we would be back in a heartbeat if hadn’t already booked next year. Clean, quiet and friendly and perfect for a relaxing week
