THB Bamboo

We’ve just returned from our brief, but delightful, holiday in Alcudia, staying at the Bamboo Hotel. We were so pleased with our choice of hotel, could not have chosen better. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, the accommodation was very comfortable, the food was excellent and the location was just perfect. We want to say a big thank you to everyone at The Bamboo who made our holiday so enjoyable and we look forward to returning as soon as we can. Whilst not on the beach it is just a very short walk to the beautiful beach of Alcudia.

I cannot say anything negative about my full experience here. The reception staff are very friendly and kind and deserve 100% praise. It’s very very clean and lovely and modern. The pool side is relaxing and the breakfasts are great with lots of choice. My only issue is nothing to do with the hotel. Its location is a bit rubbish, however you don’t need to leave the hotel and if you do it’s a quick taxi to the old town or harbour.

AMAZING! we only stayed for two days as we were seeking sanctuary from another hellish hotel but within an hour of checking in at Bamboo we had totally relaxed and remembered why we love majorca so much. The rooms are stylish ,spotless and the whole hotel smells divine. The pool areas are beautiful with comfy sunbeds, stunning view overlooking the lake and chilled vibes.we ate at the snack bar which was delicious, fresh ,great value for money! All the staff were lovely and helpful 😊 Bamboo thanks for a great 2 days we will return.

Beautiful hotel. Seriously nice, cool vibe. Perfect for couples. We went for a long weekend and the hotel was spotless. We did breakfast every day and it had good options and the coffee was nice. Poolside is quite quiet which we liked and very calm vibe. Bar sometimes a wee bit busy. Food bar by the pools is great, great value for delicious food. The general area doesn’t have loads going on, which we weren’t too concerned about but were surprised by the lack of things going on in the town. Really lovely hotel for couples. Staff were lovely.

Friendly helpful staff especially in the bar and pool bar. Room small but comfortable. Bathroom was quirky with one door that you used for toilet or shower depending on what you were using. Bed was comfortable, clean towels daily. Pool towel available in your room is a nice bonus and changed every two days. I didnt use the restaurant, but did purchase food from the van and it was very nice. Pools were very clean, plenty sun beds and amazing views. I stayed as a solo female traveller and felt comfortable during my stay and would recommend. There is some street noise, unfortunately this can't be helped and is out of the hotels control. If you don't want to hear street noise, look for a hotel that is out of the way if other amenities. However if you want to be near shops, bars, restaurants, the beach and a nice stroll away for the marina then this is definitely a place worth staying. I stayed to have a relaxing few days and that's exactly what I got.
