Castello Infinity Suites

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The position of the hotel means you are only a short stroll to the sea front, with cafes, bars & restaurants. It was a very chilled resort when we visited and I’m doubtful this will change much as the season gets underway. Staff couldn’t do enough to ensure ur stay is fab. We stayed in the Aquamarine room on the second floor with an outstanding view of the sea. Yes, as others have mentioned some rooms do not get sun at all times of the day but the breeze from sea and warm climate more than compensated for us. Breakfast was delightful, having breakfast while enjoying the stunning view can never be matched. Many choices to suit all tastes. We only ate in the restaurant once but it was top notch, it’s a very classy place to eat. I enjoyed a facial in the spa area ❤️ and cocktails in the evening are hard to beat. We will definitely return ❤️

Th Castello Infinity Suites are located in the village of Agia Pelagia right on the seafront which has amazing views. The hotel has the most welcoming and hospitable team of staff who are so helpful. We had an Aquamarine Room located on the first floor with plunge pool with views of the beach. The minimalistic room was large with a good size bathroom. The food was excellent and the flavours outstanding. Although the half board menu had only several choices for main course this has now been adjusted so that different sides can be added. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were efficiently and quickly sorted by The Hotel Manager.

Absolutely beautiful! The facilities were immaculate, the staff were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. The restaurant remembered our tea and coffee preferences and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect, highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Where do we start… the good bits first. The staff are superb. Cannot do enough for you. We were not made aware that you need a car. Public transport is very limited and taxis expensive. We booked the black pearl suites. And the room is lovely. But if you are expecting any sun, forget it. We were hoping to relax by the plunge pool in the day and go out in the evening. But the rooms do not get any sun. Nothing. Not a single ray of sun. So plunge pool was never used. We asked to be moved but no rooms were available. We tried and tried to be moved. To be honest, we got very upset. This was meant to be a special holiday, and it’s not cheap! But we ended up fighting for sun beds on the small beach, which goes against the whole idea of booking these rooms. We like our privacy. And because we had to go out so much because the room was so cold and dark, we spent a lot more money. If you don’t mind shade, great!! But literally, third is the worst holiday we have ever had and we have already put complaints in as soon as we came home. It’s upset us so much, we will never return to Crete again.

What a fantastic experience in this 5 star hotel. It is situated on the end of the bay and only minutes from all of the local Taverna’s The staff are extremely professional and most helpful I emailed the hotel prior to our holiday and Pela responded very quickly Other than breakfast, which again was 5 star we did not eat at the hotel The rooms with the plunge pools we well equipped and very comfortable I would not hesitate in returning to this fantastic hotel
