Od pierwszego momentu wyróżnia się milą i przyjazną atmosferą, widać, że załoga oddana jest firmie i ma przyjemność w pomaganiu klientom. Znakomita lokalizacja - tuż przy placu Omonia. Duże i czyste balkony, sprawne i czyste windy, przestronne łazienki.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews we read prior to booking, to say I was disappointed is a slight understatement. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 4 Star, it is very tired and the decor very dark whilst rooms are poorly lit, I think this is meant to be the theme but as I like bright and clean and airy I found it oppressive. The food for breakfast was mediocre, we didn’t try the restaurant as the menu was limited. I would give a 4/5 for cleanliness and why can’t hotels not provide decent bath sheets instead of small towels. On the positive side, the staff were excellent, the bed and pillows very comfortable, great wi-fi and in a central area next to the metro station with the main sights within 1/2 stops. The roof top bar/restaurant/outside area was pleasant.

On arrival at hotel we were welcomed with a lovely glass of prosecco whilst they processed check-in. This was offered by a lovely gentleman called Steve, who was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and reasonably well maintained this is where the positives stop. As a party of 4 we had two rooms which were on completely different floors (2 and 7). We asked if we could be on the same floor and were told no. The room we had was far too hot and you couldn't control the temperature. We opened the window to try and cool it down but this meant the room was very noisy. They did offer us a fan which helped. The bathroom was spacious but getting a shower was uncomfortable because they had put a metal shower tray directly where you needed to stand making it slightly awkward. The roof terrace and bar had stunning views but was spoilt by the rude staff who couldn't even raise a smile to welcome us. This poor attitude continued throughout the whole holiday, on one evening the bar tender snatched the money from my hand and never even looked at me. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had, everything that was supposed to be hot was cold, there was no choice of sliced bread for toast and I have to say a limited selection of everything else. Even when they put fresh pancakes out they were still cold. Hot tubs were a major let down, the steps leading into them were rotten and quite dangerous in my opinion. All in all very disappointed with the hotel and the biggest issue was the staff. The only smile we got during our staff was from the cleaner
