By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for something clean, modern, spacious with excellent service then this is the one. The hotel lobby when you walk in is beautiful. The service is exceptional. Every member of staff is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are amazing, very spacious and clean (we had a superior room with sea view and balcony). The pool area is lovely, plenty of really comfortable sunbeds. All of the pool staff are amazing, but I have to give a specisl mention to Agapi who made our time by the pool even better. We don’t normally return to the same place twice, but we will definitely return here.

Everything was wonderful — very high quality of the services provided. Excellent food and the pools were very clean. The staff was very eager to assist us. I will definitely come back next year to enjoy these wonderful services again. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location very good resort but with faults. Love the blend of the buildings with the environment. New luxurious hotel, most the staff are really polite like guy from Nepal (I’m sorry I forgot his name) that was driving us to the olive trees beach. Also to mention Agapi and Lucas in the swimming pool area that were extremely helpful. Nice big modern rooms overlooking the ocean. Excellent breakfast. The variety of the food is amazing. Can’t comment on the hotel’s restaurants since I had already booked our dinner in our favourite restaurants in Pafos. On the not so good aspects of this hotel. Kids noise. You come to an expensive hotel to relax and you can’t because it’s full of kids making noice and parents that think only positive reinforcement will make their kids better. Wrong. By the way for me this is a deal breaker. Although I like the hotel immensely and contemplating with my wife of spending a week to ten days in July at the hotel we decided against it because of the noice these people make. Sun beds. Not so many. As a result when the hotel is full like its was this weekend, they are all occupied in no time. Another deal breaker since I’m coming there to relax and not having to drive to find a beach. This time we were lucky the resident manager mr Malaou was on duty and literally saved our stay by arranging in no time for us to get 2 sun beds. Really appreciate his swift action. Room cleaning. Good cleaning but disappointed on the smaller details like leaving our welcoming plate and coffee cups dirty throughout our 2 days staying in the hotel. You don’t expect that from such a luxurious hotel. Not replenishing with new coffee our room. That is why people are checking every single day the rooms for. Or at least they should be checking them and not expect the customer to complain first in order to act. Would I visit again? Maybe when the hotel is not so busy.
