We spent 10 unforgettable days at Cap St Georges, and everything about this resort exceeded expectations. The rooms are exceptional—modern, spacious, and immaculately maintained, with thoughtful details and stunning sea views. Waking up to that view every morning was a joy. While the entire resort is beautifully designed and run to the highest standard, it was the Kohili Beach Bar that completely stole our hearts. The setting is magical—right on the sand with panoramic views—and the food was consistently fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The service was truly outstanding. Nicholas, the manager, sets the tone with his calm professionalism and warmth. Every detail is taken care of, and the atmosphere he creates is both relaxed and elevated. And then there’s Mr. Thanase—what a legend. He brought so much joy to our experience. Thoughtful, kind, funny, and effortlessly on top of everything. He made us feel instantly at home and truly looked after. We didn’t want to leave. Already planning our return

A Hotel with Great Potential – A Few Improvements Could Make It Truly 5-Star We visited St George’s for a week and had an overall fantastic stay. The hotel has great potential, and with a few thoughtful improvements, I genuinely believe it will become a solid five-star destination. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and treated with great care throughout our stay. The service stood out, and any issues we encountered were resolved quickly and professionally once we raised them, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The views, the rooms, and the overall decor are gorgeous—stylish, modern, and luxurious while still feeling relaxed. One of our favourite parts of the trip was enjoying the beach and pool areas. The Bali beds and beanbags at the beach were a dream—you could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea while pressing a button for service, and the wonderful staff would bring drinks or lay towels out for you. The same attentive service was offered by the pools, and it really elevated the whole experience. In a hotel like this, that level of service is exactly what you want, and it was delivered perfectly. The beach itself is beautiful, and we highly recommend taking a walk along the coastline. The caves and the long beach walk are absolutely stunning and well worth exploring. Food-wise, we were really impressed with several of the dining options. The beachside restaurant had such a cool, laid-back vibe, and the food was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the experience. The Italian restaurant was also a highlight—fantastic food and always a warm welcome. On our first night, despite arriving very late, they still served us, which was above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. One area we think could be improved is the breakfast experience. The buffet felt a bit chaotic and didn’t match the calm, elegant feel of the rest of the hotel. At times, it felt overcrowded and a little out of place. We believe a mix of buffet and table service options could work really well here to offer guests a more relaxed and refined start to their day. A few other things to note: we weren’t made aware of the ongoing construction when booking, and unfortunately, the noise and obstructed views did impact our relaxation. At the main pool, there was also a loud beeping sound that went off every 20–30 minutes, which was a bit disruptive. We also felt the main pool would benefit from being heated, as currently only the children’s pool is, which makes that area very crowded. Housekeeping could be a little more attentive—we had three guests in our room but were only given two towels, and despite calling for another, we didn’t receive it. We also found the partially frosted glass in the bathroom offered less privacy than we would’ve liked. Lastly, we had a disappointing experience at the Bonsai restaurant, where we waited over an hour for our starter. It seemed something had gone wrong in the kitchen, but we weren’t kept informed, which made the experience more frustrating. Despite these few issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. What impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the staff handled any concerns. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is clear, and that really does make all the difference. All in all, this hotel is a beautiful place to visit, with so much to offer. It has the feel of somewhere truly special, and with a few adjustments, it could easily become a leading luxury destination. We’d definitely love to return for a short break in the future.

We stayed at CSG for a week in April. Overall the hotel is excellent and we had a great stay. We came when the hotel was quieter before the Easter rush - I can imagine it feeling quite busy during peak times. Food and drink at all the restaurants is very good but expensive. Breakfast buffet great and plenty of choice. We stayed in a standard room which was v spacious. Shower design in the bathroom needs a little rethink as the shower leaks and you can easily soak the whole floor unless you lay towels down to contain the water. Our favourite restaurant was the one overlooking the sea - here the staff are very warm and friendly. It is easy to walk out of the hotel along the sea front although quite some distance to shops and other restaurants but by car or taxi wouldn’t take too long. There is a beautiful national park and gorge to explore too if you can tear yourself away from the sunbed. The main pool is unheated and was very cold indeed - perhaps in the height of summer it may feel warmer but it took my breath away to enter - Wim Hof would be happy!
