The hotel is amazing, very nice location, very clean rooms, very elegant architecture, very friendly staff, very delicious food whether at breakfast or at the restaurant. Unfortunately we were very disappointed by both the front office manager and the reservations manager. I have booked 2 rooms (1 deluxe suite and 1 junior suite) for a 3 nights-2 days stay for myself, my wife and my daughter. I sent a mail few days prior to our arrival asking for the possibility to have the 2 rooms on the same floor next to each other. (They have 20 rooms fitting these 2 categories). I received a response from the reservations manager that it depends on availability but that my request was noted and that they will try their best to accommodate it. Well guess what his best was? upon our arrival at 11pm to the hotel, his best was one room on the 5th floor and the other room on the 2nd floor. It was very disappointing to pay around 2000 euros for a 2 days 3 nights stay on BB basis for a family of 3 and get separated like this. (We could have stayed all in one room if they informed us that it was not possible). The second problem was with the front office manager. The next morning after our late arrival, I asked the lady for the possibility of a late check out on Sunday and I offered to pay 200 euros extra or whatever she considered adequate for a late check out. Her initial response was that the hotel was fully booked and that I can pass on Sunday morning to check. I explained that we couldn’t as a family wait till the last minute to get an answer and that we needed just one room till 5pm. She took my phone number and promised to call me to let me know later during the day or the next day as by then, she would have had a better idea about the arrivals and departures. No sign from her that day, nor the next day, so towards noon I passed by her and asked about the matter, she seemed to have no clue what I was talking about, I told her that it was related to the late check out that we discussed the day before, she then seemed to remember, took a glance at the screen in front of her and said sorry no news till now, maybe tomorrow (the day of our departure) she would let us know. At that point I realized that she was not following up on the matter, I reserved in a nearby hotel for 1 night so we could spend few relaxing hours before our travel. Upon checking out the next morning, she was sitting behind the desk and she didn’t mention a single word about the availability or not of a room, she just told us there were no extras to be paid and that was it. I was confused whether that was just mere incompetence or simply rude unprofessionalism , but it became clear that it was useless to ask her anything further and we just moved on to the next hotel that, by the way, was excellent with much friendlier front office manager. To conclude, it was a very big disappointment to stay in such a wonderful hotel at all levels but with such poorly motivated managers, and that definitely does not fit in the hospitality industry.

We were walking along the front and decided to come here for lunch, the staff were friendly and the menu was very tempting. We sat down and this young man with his friends/parents? turned up and started bantering with the staff, claiming he revamped the menu and he’s been here more times than the staff etc. we just ordered over €60 worth of food just to sit and listen to this guy. He seemed to know all the staff and they knew him… They finished their food while we were getting started and he thought it would be great to wander around talking on his phone, smoking and blowing snot out of his nose! He Knew the staff by their names. Food and service was great but they need more power to dismiss disruptive customers. We are coming back to Protaras next year and I hope this sorry excuse for a human isn’t here. Your outdoor restaurant staff know who he is.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived we loved it. Reception staff are very helpful. Pool bar / restaurant staff are all really friendly and chatty. Michael the restaurant manager always welcomes you with a smile. Rooms are very modern and cleaned daily to a heigh standard. The pool are is very well kept and clean, aways plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel really is paradise. Lisa should be really proud of herself 🦩
