Hotel Pelegrin Plava Laguna

Najgorsze wakacje w moim życiu. Byłem od pierwszego dnia otwarcia po remoncie. Zadnego powitania, drinka czy innych atrakcji. W zamian chaos, woda lejąca się z sufitu, robotnicy na kazdym kroku, brak docelowej restauracji a w zamian posilki podawane w malutkiej restauracji przy basenie. Ten hotel został otwarty o jakieś pół roku za szybko a jakość wykonanych prac to porażka. Nie ma wielu reklamowanych usług (wellness, kryty basen, wyremontowana plaża) inne nie działają (klimatyzacja, tv, toalety na basenie) ale hotel pobiera pełną odpłatność i nie uznaje reklamacji. W recepcji cały czas spotykam tych samych ludzi, którzy tak jak ja przyszli wymienić pokój z powodu licznych usterek. Jak nie jesteś z Niemiec albo Włoch to jesteś klientem gorszego sortu i personel nie ma potrzeby Cię zrozumieć. Najdroższy z hoteli sieci Plava i nie warto wydać takich pieniędzy za coś takiego.

Avoid that place by any price, guys!!!! This is a review for the Pelegrin Plava Laguna hotel, June 2025, which opened after renovation on June 12. The hotel is still in the process of renovation, but they are already accommodating people and making money. So, the air conditioners don't function in some rooms. They work one day, then the next, yesterday the air conditioners were broken throughout all the hotel, we opened the windows, but there was noise from the bars and the concert until 5am. You can't sleep with balcony closed, because inside of tge rooms there is a terrible smell of glue, and chep, new furniture which causes nausea. The minibar refrigerator does not work, there is no clothes dryer, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty when we checked in, we found metal details in our bathroom. We were moved from one room to another, and there were problems everywhere. Electronics is throughout the hotel and they do not work, there are buckets in the hallways because the air conditioners are leaking, workers walk around in construction clothes.Shampoo dispenser fallen on our feets in bathroom and could break our legs! Absolutely all drinks are paid, even water, tea, coffee at dinner! This is madness. Only tea and water are free in the morning. This is not a hotel. This is hell. They meed at least a summer to adjust and accompish things properly...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Vorallem Danijel war immer für einen Spaß zu haben immer gute Laune und ist immer zuvorkommend.Sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Das Hotel ist sauber und daran wird den ganzen Tag gearbeitet. Essen ist sehr gut und der Strand und die Parkanlagen unseres Erachtens die besten von Umag.Kommen gerne wieder. Zimmer 272
