Podczas pobytu studyjnego w Splicie tu mieliśmy najlepszą kolację w restauracji przy marinie. Hotel jest ogromny, składa się z wielu skrzydeł, ma liczne sale balowe i konferencyjne, wiele restauracji. Co prawda, hotel znajduje się na przedmieściach Splitu, ale nad samym morzem i oferuje wiele luksusowych możliwości. To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce, eleganckie, spokojne - świetne na spotkania biznesowe i ucieczkę od zgiełku. No i ta absolutnie znakomita kuchnia... I rewelacyjna selekcja lokalnych win . Piękny duży luksusowy hotel bezpośrednio przy żwirowej plaży. ładny basem z widokiem na morze i park. Możliwość długich spacerów wzdłuż morza. Marina z małymi i dużymi jachtami. Nie wszystkie jeszcze pokoje są po renowacji. Do Splitu trzeba dojechać autobusem lub taxi.

I just could not imagine that someone could rate this as a 5 star hotel. First of all, we arrived late, at 11 pm, exhausted after a long long trip. We were expecting a welcome drink or at least a glass of water. The lobby is so run out. We entered the first room - hairs in the bathroom 😞. We were suggested to change the room, no upgrades, no benefits. Second room was cleaner, but not tidy. Towels dirty, bed crinkled. 😞 people, you can’t charge such rooms 400 eur per night, no way. 2 stars only for the friendly receptionist.

This is a really nice hotel but be under no illusion the only thing 5 star about this hotel is the extortionate price they charge for absolutely everything. The location is great, breakfast buffet is nice and plentiful. Beaches are fantastic. Pool is decent enough but a little small, never too busy but round the edges are dirty. Bed is comfortable. Room is cleaned well every day. There is no crazy 6am rush to get a sun lounger like Spain or Turkey. You can still find loads at 10am and even later some days if there’s some cloud. But it’s a little shabby around the edges, in desperate need of some TLC in places and general service can be slow. This I think is because 90% staff are students who are seasonal staff. And hang around in groups chatting rather than service guests. The prices for food and drink are insanely expensive. We ordered room service for the the best part of 100 euros. Waited nearly 90 mins for food to arrive which was burnt and cold. We tried to complain but the waiter just shrugged his shoulders, said they were busy and didn’t really care less. We reserved dinner for one of the restaurants at 8pm. Only to get to the restaurant to find out it wasn’t reserved. Again just a shrug of the shoulders. For me 5 star isn’t this place. It is only 4 stars at best. 1st world problems I know. But it’s the little extras that make a 5 star which this hotel is lacking. Recommend getting an Uber to Split. Costs next to nothing. You can get free water through the cooler on the inside pool. If you buy a bottle it’s either 4,50 for small or 6,50 for large water. Tommys is across the road and sells beer at less than 1,50 euros a bottle whereas you’ll be paying close to 8 euros for same beer in hotel. If you’re staying here on a good deal. Go for it. If you’re paying full price, avoid and find a smaller hotel which will probably give you similar experience at a better price. To summarise it’s a very good hotel and it is really nice but needs re-rating as it’s definitely not 5 stars.

Take me back here! Leaving this property was really, really hard. Our family spent an incredible week here and can't wait to return. Service: Wow, we were welcomed by the lovely and gracious *Ivana* who kindly explained the property and checked us into our rooms. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and Ivana took a picture of our family kicking off vacation. Everyone else we encountered - waiters, front desk, concierge, bellmen, the folks servicing the room, were absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, accommodating! facilities: our rooms were beautiful with gorgeous views of the sea. We could have sat on the balconies all day just watching the boats. Rooms are very comfortable with soft bedding, comfy beds, robes, slippers. The pool is fabulous. You can perch on the end and watch the sea which we did a lot! We never had any problems getting deck chairs. There were quite a few kids so if this is not your vibe, head down to the beach club which is more adult-oriented. (Great beach, great service, no pool, but a lovely spot to swim in the Adriatic.) Also enjoy the steam room and saunas! The spa here is also top notch!! Food: The breakfast is nothing short of amazing - everything you could ever want and then some. There are so many friendly staff people there asking if you need anything, clearing plates. The food was great too. Great way to start the day! We tried all the hotel restaurants and our favorite was Conlemani - shout out to *Mario* who was the best, most friendly waiter we've ever had. We went back several times just to sit in his section! So many incredible memories here - this property is amazing. We had fun people-watching. (There are a lot of yachts parked in the marina!) It's relaxed, quiet and has enough energy to feel like you're enjoying yourself but is relaxed enough to feel like you're on vacation. Watch the sun set with your family, linger over a glass of wine or a cup of gelato. We're grateful for the time we spent here.
