Be aware of this hotel. They encourage you to complete 4 or 5 star. Reviews on TripAdvisor under the pretence of winning a free week so that you do notgive them bad reviews . We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks .I will start with the good points. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff generally are friendly and can not do enough to help you. However, the frustrating part about this hotel is the frustrating part. You can not finish a glass or a plate of food without the staff being there to pick it up within seconds. Which to me is a little of it, too robotic. The hotel is spotlessly clean.Where, in fact, you see more of the cleaner than you do of the general manager. The hotel is it in a great location 200 yd from the beach and the main strip. The hotel is let down play the food. The food is lukewarm at best things like italian night and does a theme nights are just a hash of the food that would normally be served on any other night of the week. We complained to the jet 2 rep after a meal. In the elicot restaurant, i've eaten better food at a motorway service station than in they're so called alika restaurant. There is no choice on the other carte menu. And it's basically the same food off the buffet, from the upstairs restaurant, served to you instead of you want to get your order. The head chef couldn't cook a sausage for his life. And lakes to stand around in the restaurant. It's a shame He wasn't trying some of his food that he was eaten. We ate it out half a dozen times because the food with that was repetitive.

Travelled with family 4 adults 2 Children. Hotel rooms and public areas were lovely and clean. Staff were mostly very helpful. Pool area looked a bit busy and cramped at the bar part but further up there was loads of room. However, we spent most of our time on the amazing beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. A couple of negatives - We were very disappointed with the food choices for the evening meal. It was very repetitive especially the kids corner meaning my daughter really struggled to find things for her 2 young boys to eat. On our last night we decided to stay in the lobby area and have a few drinks with a few other groups enjoying the nice relaxed atmosphere. However, it suddenly started to rain and with that the entertainment team decided to relocate all the outside tables chairs, Bingo, Live music and hundreds of people to the lobby area!! The major flaw here being the area is simply not large enough to cope! Pity the hotel doesn't have a bigger area outside that can be covered with retractable rain covers like you see in countless other hotels. Probably wouldn't come back

Great hotel, lovely staff. Immaculately clean throughout. Even though we were there the last week of the season,the food was great and the drinks were good too. Beds were super comfy. Not a lot of entertainment due to end of season but we loved the quizzes. We had use of the indoor spa pool, which was lovely. We will definitely return next year. You will not be disappointed with a stay at Ihot@l.

I have visited sunny beach many times but this hotel goes above and beyond. Rooms had lots of space and the beds were so comfy, we had the deluxe family room and was always cleaned daily, cleaning staff were lovely and very polite. The food was never the same lots of choice even for me as I have to watch what I eat due to medical problems. The staff all over the hotel from front desk to the gardeners were lovely always polite and helpful. I'm already looking to return next year with my husband. The only thing I didn't like which isn't a game changer is the smoking section in front of the pool, it could be moved to the back of the pool. I am a smoker but not everyone wants someone smoking at the next table especially if they have children with them,

This is a hotel I would definitely recommend. They are very responsive by email in advance of travel. I got exactly what I asked for, 3 adjacent rooms, with a travel cot for the baby. Having had a nightmare journey, being 3 hours delayed at Gatwick, and then ditched by our transfer company (Hoppa - do not use!) at 3 am, the hotel were very kind when we eventually got in, frazzled and tired. They had put plates of food in our rooms due to the 4 am arrival. Throughout the week the front desk were lovely to us, helping me secure a receipt from taxi company as I had forgotten to ask, getting quick medical help when my grand-daughter bumped her head. Hotel is spotlessly clean, cleaners did a great job with rooms. Food is good quality and varied - they cater well for food allergies and were so patient with cleaning up after my grand-daughter who has just discovered the delights of finger food. The alcohol was local but good quality for an all inclusive. The hotel is a small walk from the beach, very easily accessible. Lots of ice-cream for little ones and lots of activities. Everything is with reach so no lengthy walks required. All in all this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend for the levels of customer service!
