Excellent Stay – Perfect for Families and Relaxation! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Best Western Plus Premium

would not recommend this hotel if your holiday is predominately relaxing round the pool and hot food the hotel has a ruling of no sunbeds before 10 am you cant even ask for a pool towel at one minute to 10 the pool guys do not monitor the 2 big slides that are there with no age or height restrictions {some one will get hurt} At Breakfast on top of the food always been cold and unpleasant staff people could not get a seat as all the tables were taking by people waiting for the dash for a sunbed Will definitely not return

Just returned from a week at best western this was our 3rd time check in was great really polite lady on reception we arrived early and gave us our room. Room was good clean as usual, breakfast was included and was good. The thing that let this holiday down was they have made a change to sun beds do not allow you to get a sun bed or towel before 10 am so a mad rush and then at 6 pm the whole pool and pool area's are closed come on its the hight of summer people come on holidays for sun it's a shame it was a good hotel but I won't be returning next year will be looking at a different hotel

We had an incredible time! The hotel is very clean, modern, beautiful and it has a great central location. We received excellent customer service and got a free upgrade to an even bigger room. The staff was super kind and professional. The slides and pool truly make you forget about the beach! Breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also some vegan and sugar free options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus Premium Inn in Sunny Beach. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile – they truly made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the heart of Sunny Beach, the hotel is in a quieter area, so I could enjoy a good night’s sleep without noise. My room was modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated small touches like the stocked minibar and daily cleaning. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The pool area is spacious, clean, and ideal for both families and couples. I really liked the pool bar – good cocktails and snacks available throughout the day. There’s also a small casino if you’re looking for entertainment in the evenings. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet – lots of variety, fresh options every day, and something for every taste: fruits, eggs, pastries, local dishes, and good coffee. Overall, I highly recommend Best Western Plus Premium Inn for anyone visiting Sunny Beach. Whether you’re here for fun, relaxation, or a family vacation, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and service.
