Hotel nowy -otwarty w październiku 2022 ,z dużym obłożeniem gości w listopadzie ,położony na wyspie Palm Jumeirah ,pokoje czyste przestronne lecz ubogo wyposażone,brak mebli balkonowych , warto dopłacić do pokoi z widokiem na morze ,basen nie duży z małą ilością leżaków ,plusem jest prywatna plaża dla gości hotelowych, przy plaży znajduje się deptak z barami i restauracjami obok hotelu jest również sklep spożywczy 1,2 km od hotelu Centrum Handlowe ,na dachu hotelu restauracja oraz beach Club Tonino Lamborghini ,śniadania nie złe ale obsługa bardzo nie zorganizowana czas oczekiwanie na kawę 15-20 minut ,mimo kolejnego zamówienia napoi obsługa zapominała o złożonym zamówieniu w hotelu byłam 2 tygodnie po otwarciu więc może kelnerzy nie byli do końca przeszkoleni,obsługa w recepcji również słaba nie doinformowana panował chaos wydostanie się z wyspy raczej tylko Taksówką na którą pod hotel czasem trzeba było czekać nawet 10 minut

We absolutely loved our holiday at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah – from start to finish, everything was just perfect! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tidied every single day. We had a part-time sea view room, which was just stunning – waking up to a glimpse of the ocean added such a special touch to our mornings. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fantastic – a great variety of tasty options to suit all tastes, and always fresh and beautifully presented. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Chinawhite Sky Pool. It’s a must-visit! The views were breathtaking, the cocktails were top-notch, and the food was delicious. We even had a DJ playing all day on Saturday, creating such a vibrant and fun atmosphere. We also loved spending time at the beach club just across the promenade, which gave us even more variety and fun right on our doorstep. The area is buzzing in the evenings, with plenty of nightlife and a lively vibe. But without a doubt, the best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. We want to give a special mention to Hatem, the Duty Manager – an absolute legend. When my son lost his phone, Hatem went above and beyond to help. He contacted the taxi company, arranged for the phone to be delivered back to the hotel, and even personally made sure it was shipped back to the UK once it was recovered. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. Hatem is truly a credit to Radisson – his kindness and professionalism were unforgettable. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already rebooked for the end of September – this time for even longer! We can’t wait to return and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Amazingly comfy bed, beautiful hotel with a beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff and the housekeepers are lovely, Jyoti was always looking after our room and keeping it clean and tidy! Facilities are amazing with two pools and a beach free of charge to use. Food is amazing.

I m a bit disappointed because the water on the shower were not working when i arrived but they fixed it very fast.Or else everything is alright...nice and very accomodative staff. I like the food, but when sat outside during breakfast- birds stole my food.
