Overall the hotel is lovely and and clean. A special shoutout MD ARIF who cleans our room every single day, he makes little special figures from towels for my little brother which makes his day. Always making sure we have enough water in the room also. Couldn’t recommend enough

This hotel has an excellent, highly motivated team—thank you very much! Whether at reception with Nathalie and her team, or at breakfast and at the bar. The rooms are stylishly furnished and very clean. Cleaning is done discreetly whenever you request it.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming especially Jovy and helpful throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location😍 room was very clean and comfortable luxury hotel. the view of dubai creek adds to overall experience
