Doubletree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel and Residences

Obecnie już niestety ostatni dzień przebywam w hotelu. Jestem ZACHWYCONA hotelem!!!! Jest przepiękny, nieskazitelnie czysty, obsługa wyjątkowo przemiła, jedzenie przepyszne, ogromny wybór dań. Luksusowy hotel i cudowny pobyt w nim. Same plusy. Nie chce mi się wyjeżdżać z niego. W tym hotelu poczułam Dubaj❤️ bardzo bym chciała jeszcze do niego wrócić

Polecam z całego serca! świetny hotel, pokoje wygodne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, śniadania smaczne. Obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Szczególne pozdrowienia dla Padam- ratownika, z którym zachwycona córka szalała na basenie a on zawsze czuwał nad bezpieczeństwem ;) Dobra lokalizacja, wokół mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. Mieliśmy pokój na 22 piętrze z którego był cudowny widok ;)

We arrived as a family of 5 on the 3rd of April at 9.45pm. No help to be found to assist us with our luggage. We were then advised by the hotel that they had some ongoing maintenance with our two bedroom suite. I asked for the next class up but again the room was undergoing deep cleaning. Note that check in was at 3pm some 7 hours ago. We waited 2 hours for the room to be made available. Not good. First impressions count and I was very annoyed. Despite this I would still rate this as one of the BEST hotels in Dubai for a family stay. The location is fantastic. All major attractions 15-20 minutes in a taxi. Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Nandos and Al Baik all within 10 minutes walk. A supermarket next door with all the necessities. Swimming pool is brilliant. The kids spent an hour in the pool EVERY DAY. The pool staff were fab. Breakfast and half board options were AMAZING. Well worth the money to go half board. My kids always complain about the food but they enjoyed all of the food. See images attached. Lots of variety. The dining staff were so friendly. I would go as far as saying that the service they provided is better than that of the Jumeirah hotels I have stayed at in Dubai. The likes of Al Qasr or Dar Al Masayf. Much better. Thank you to all the dining staff. Big shout out to Taha. Great guy. They got is a cake on the last day prior to departure. This was such a nice gesture. The rooms were spacious. All en-suite rooms and a huge living room. Clean and modern. Just what we wanted. Housekeeping freshened up the rooms daily with towels and a quick clean. In regards to the check in issue, DENISE spent 2 hours after her shift getting our room ready for check in. She is a manager. But she did what she had to do to get the room ready. She is a great asset to the hotel and the business. The general manager met with me personally and was very apologetic about the mishap on check in. Assumtha met us as we checked out. Again very apologetic but again she took the time to catch us before we left. The hotel went above and beyond in making sure the bumpy start was a bump in the road and nothing else. We checked out on 9th of April. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing. One final shout out to Ahmet my Egyptian brother on the front desk. Such a gentleman. If you have the honour of being checked in by Ahmet and you have read this review. Tell him I wrote this review and gave him a shout out. He is a legend!
