Atlantis The Royal

What can I say that hasnt been said. The best hotel in the entire world. Everything was so seamless, from the concierge to check in, housekeeping was always spot on time and even took time to wrap my phone charging cable, to checking out. Breakfast at Gastronomy was just amazing. Will always return.

We spent our stay at Atlantis The Royal and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I would especially like to highlight the excellent housekeeping service. Zaid and Ara took care of our room every day with great attention to detail and genuine friendliness. It was always spotless, beautifully arranged, and maintained with such care – a true feel-good factor. We were also extremely well looked after at the pool: Mina, our waiter, was always attentive, warm, and fulfilled every request – from drinks to extra towels. His service truly made our pool days perfect. The hotel itself is, of course, spectacular. We would love to come back again!

Amer and chef Max were so kind, atmosphere was great and food was amazing mu friend also was so happy with the surprise they did for her birthday celebration. Royal club sea lounge is the best staff hostess and even the managers were super respectful and welcoming. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you provided during our stay.

Me and my family had the best time at the Royal Atlantis. The Royal Club Lounge was absolutely amazing all due to the amazing staff The manager Amer and the number 1 waiter Rana they go above and beyond to make you feel at home there. They are a true credit to the hotel and we are already booked to come back thanks again.

It is my 5th stay at Atlantis the Royal. It feels like coming home. Already at the airport counter, the warm and helpful way Ganesh and Rose will assist you, and in the hotel itself there are so many employees we know by now. The team at Ariana’s and Ling Ling is one of a kind. We always visit both restaurants. The food quality is incredible. Also, I have stayed at Atlantis the Palm 3 times and I definitely prefer the Royal. Breakfast until 12 and I never had to wait in line also when coming late. I love the decor of the rooms and how bright they are. We prefer the palm and skyline view, but having the sea in front of you is also beautiful and calming. Even though I’d like to try other hotels in Dubai I keep ending up here. I have everything I need. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle and flawless hospitality, so this place suits my needs. I come with my partner or my kid or several family members, it’s always amazing.
