We had an issue with our room but Mohammed provided us with excellent customer care and service and everything was resolved. He is so patient and kind and alongside Ali, his colleague, they are a real asset to the hotel. This is a truly amazing hotel. Staff are very welcoming & helpful. Constantly being cleaned. Great selection of food. Lovely beach area and lots of sunbeds around the pools. Luxurious rooms with accessories, hairdryer and even weighing scales, not that you’d want them if you go all-inclusive! I can only find one thing that lets it down and that is the adults only pool. A large number of the small mosaic tiles are missing which visually isn’t great. It’s also not particularly safe with missing/protruding tiles. As I visited with my husband, I would make one recommendation: have times or sections of the restaurants that are for adults only! We had a lovely time - thank you 🤩

We had our family holiday for the first time in Rixos Marina and it was the best. The service,the food,the territory, everybody that work in the hotel - the best. As a travel agent I can say that Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is a great place to have a family holiday. Special thanks to receptionists Sayed and Adina! Pool bartenders - you are great!
