Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

Spędziłem dwie noce z rodziną w tym hotelu.Fantastyczne miejsce obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.Zameldowanie szybkie jako member dostałem lepszy pokój Akarm wszystko wtłumaczył wszystko bezproblemowo.Sam hotel bardzo nowoczesny,duża ilość pomocnej obsługi.W cenie hotelu wstęp do wybranego parku za każdą noc pobytu.Sam pokój dość spory i bardzo ładny.Serwis sprzątający fantastyczny Nikkil nie widział problemu w żadnych prośbach.Cała infrastruktura baseny i beach club świetny,można się zrelaksować zarówno samemu jak i z dziećmi,bliska odległość do atrakcji znajdujących się na depatku.Śniadanie smaczne dosyć duży wybór,obsługa sprawna. Pobyt bardzo nam się podobał polecamy

Recently stayed with my family over Eid break (wife and two 9 year old girls from uk), hotel is beautiful in amazing location however the stay was ruined by party bar Mc Caffertys on the Ground floor. if you are sensitive to noise this hotel is not for you (from my experience). we had the worst experience as we stayed on 4th floor above his bar, the music and shouting from the bar is wild - other guests where shouting from their balconies 'turn the music down'. After numerous calls to the reception to complain they moved my family to top floor approx 10.30pm (6th level) again above the bar - but made v little difference. None of us got to sleep until after 2am because that's what time they close. this bar is rented to a 3rd party so hotel wont assist with noise adjustment as the Duty manager told me. the noise is outrageous and we will never be back. if you are a family I would request you stay in the wing away from the bar. It is a shame about this as hotel is beautiful and location amazing - the hotel is more interested in the rent than the customer experience - we wont be back.

Amazing place, everything organized well. From we enter until we left. All workers were so nice especially with kids. Trying to make everyone happy and enjoying the time. Good job Hilton team for making great time for all your tourist's. Hope to see you next vacation

This hotel is luxurious from the moment you arrive — they even take your car for valet parking. The rooms are clean, the hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The rooms feel almost brand new in terms of furniture and equipment, and overall, the place looks great. To be honest, I expected a bit more — maybe because I’m used to very high-end hotels — but still, this hotel is truly excellent. The pool is beautiful, though fully exposed to the sun, and apart from sleeping, eating, and a bit of swimming, there isn’t much to do inside the hotel itself. However… For each night you stay, every guest receives a free ticket to one of the following parks: Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, or Warner Bros World — which is an amazing bonus.
