Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

Spędziłem dwie noce z rodziną w tym hotelu.Fantastyczne miejsce obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.Zameldowanie szybkie jako member dostałem lepszy pokój Akarm wszystko wtłumaczył wszystko bezproblemowo.Sam hotel bardzo nowoczesny,duża ilość pomocnej obsługi.W cenie hotelu wstęp do wybranego parku za każdą noc pobytu.Sam pokój dość spory i bardzo ładny.Serwis sprzątający fantastyczny Nikkil nie widział problemu w żadnych prośbach.Cała infrastruktura baseny i beach club świetny,można się zrelaksować zarówno samemu jak i z dziećmi,bliska odległość do atrakcji znajdujących się na depatku.Śniadanie smaczne dosyć duży wybór,obsługa sprawna. Pobyt bardzo nam się podobał polecamy

I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight Cynthia from housekeeping her service was exceptional. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure my room was perfectly cleaned and well-stocked each day. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their work. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable

An amazing hotel with gorgeous views. All inclusive buffet in the evening was fantastic with a range of foods. The executive lounge was a welcome treat and the food, drinks and snacks in there were brilliant. The bedroom was roomy (we had a one bed suite) with a great corner balcony, modern decor, clean and relaxing at the end of the day. The theme parks were a great way to cool off and the free shuttle bus was quick and convenient. All the staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they seemed to magically appear whenever you needed something. They were so friendly and helpful from the pool staff, bar staff and waiters to the security on the front door. A special mention to Harry on the front desk who went above and beyond during our check in to make sure we had everything we needed all with the biggest smile on his face! We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back!

This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I stay in hotels a lot. Right from getting out of the taxi all they way to leaving the hotel I could not fault them in anyway. The service is amazing and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. Hilton service is always good but this specific Hilton is another level. Also the food in the buffet breakfast is amazing, the food in the lounge is extremely high quality. Also all the staff are extremely humble. when I asked to speak to the manager, without hesitation My Islam came to meet me. amazing guy with a very positive attitude. Even regarding the lounge food, the head chef Mr Taleh was extremely humble and his attitude was amazing. If I took the names off all the staff I want to compliment would be a very long essay. Few names to mention, Chef Taleh amazing attitude and his food that they deliver wow. extremely delicious. Lance at the concierge would go out of his way even when not working to get you your information. the staff in the lounge - Yvonne, Phyo and Perry amazing service. If you stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Cant wait to return.
