Hotel i polozenie pieknie. Bardzo czysto i przyjaznie. Pokoje bardzo ladne. Animacje bardzo profesjonalne, super atmosfera w dzien i wieczorami. Jedzenie - rozczarowana. Duzo i latwo. Ryby i mieso prawie zawsze za dlugo pieczone/ gotowane. Krewetki z " czarnymi" ozdobami, bo ponoc tak jest ok. Klub dla dzieci - rozczarowana. Opiekuni bez motywacji, zazwyczaj dostawaly dzieci cos do rysowania i ogladaly tv.

Flying with TUI, opted for extra leg room, was great and 2 mins from airport to hotel. We took a taxi (plentiful) from the airport to the hotel so that we arrived before the TUI coach. Our room was a swim up room and was really nice. The app worked for us most of the time when ordering housekeeping and drinks but sometimes it would say solved when it wasn’t (needed toilet rolls and had to request twice on app, both times saying solved when it wasn’t). Food was great in the buffet restaurant especially if you waited for the chefs to cook the fresh dishes. We found some of the food luke warm so opted for the freshly cooked ones. Didn’t try the themed restaurants as was more than happy with the buffet. We chose the Palace over Karamboa for the branded drinks, however found that some of the spirits were not branded at all and a poor version (not a deal breaker). We were also told that the optics in the room if not to our taste could be changed, this is not the case. So the whiskey, vodka and gin remained untouched. We asked at reception twice and a couple of guys who replenished the mini bar but was told no they could not be changed. However one of the guys did say he was able to, so my husband tipped him 20 euros which he took but never returned with the drinks, in fact we never saw him again, lesson learned. All in all we had a great holiday, bit cloudy and chilly on the beach as very windy, sand lovely, sea not safe. Lots of stray animals around, but seem well tolerated and the tourists do pet them and feed them which is nice. Even saw a small donkey pass by our pool early one morning, but was upset as the security guard was chasing it and picked up a rock and threw it at the donkey to get it off the premises which was uncalled for. The staff are generally lovely, however the pool guys convened every morning for a proper good loud chat outside our room for about an hour every day which did spoil our peace. We would return but definitely not 5*.

Recently stayed in one of the swim up rooms. Fabulous room, close to beach, pools and snack bar. Staff were great-special mention to Paulo, Eddie, thierry Freddy , rito and sherif-couldn’t do enough for us! Food was great but often mislabelled so had some surprises! All staff were friendly and hard working. Food in steakhouse was poor and only one steak (veal) on menu. Other al a cartes were great . Beautiful beach, and fab meal in casa Rosa in town also. Couple of suggestions-need to enforce the no kids at pool bar rule and have specific smoking areas. We’re non smokers and to have someone smoking on next sun bed wasn’t pleasant. Overall lovely hotel in lovely location .
