Hotel i polozenie pieknie. Bardzo czysto i przyjaznie. Pokoje bardzo ladne. Animacje bardzo profesjonalne, super atmosfera w dzien i wieczorami. Jedzenie - rozczarowana. Duzo i latwo. Ryby i mieso prawie zawsze za dlugo pieczone/ gotowane. Krewetki z " czarnymi" ozdobami, bo ponoc tak jest ok. Klub dla dzieci - rozczarowana. Opiekuni bez motywacji, zazwyczaj dostawaly dzieci cos do rysowania i ogladaly tv.

Another great holiday to this hotel and each time we visit we wonder if their high standards are maintained and I can assure you that they are. Rooms and facilities are excellent and well maintained. Food again is excellent and always hot. Plenty of choices and cooked fresh at various cooking stations. Incredible variety of hot and cold deserts and I will not mention the cakes only to say, awesome. Please try and book the Japanese, it is not an extensive menu, but very good and well worth a visit. You may have to persevere in getting a booking, but worth it. Lastly the staff at the hotel and perhaps this should have been first. They are truly first class and it doesn't matter if it's a gardener, cleaner or restaurant and bar staff. They are the best in any hotel we have been to and I cannot sing their praises high enough. The evening entertainment starts with one of the best pianists I have ever heard in the lobby bar. Then the entertainment team will put on a show or a live band or normally 2 bands until about 11pm. Great days and we are looking forward to our next holiday in September.

Lovely hotel, everywhere spotless, fabulous food, good variety. Staff make this hotel, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

We have been for the 5 th time on the Riu Palace, of course we love the place . It was the 60 th Birthday of my wife, the hotel crew has made special service, thank you very much. just for little improvement, should be nice to have more security control for people drinking a bit too much. All in is very nice for adulte and responsable people. Just a little improvement for people loving quite and calm place. The hotel is nice, quite , super well managed.

The hotel is nice , clean and staff are amazing. Food looks amazing BUT not the tastiest. Some things are ok like the fish and veg but the meat is over salted and squishy or tough. The room is good for two people but we had a 10 year old that had to sleep on a sofa bed for two weeks.
