Hotel Spotlessly clean and maintained, very friendly for disabled persons with lifts and ramps. Food Constructive feedback: If I was to rebook would be on B&B basis. Evening meals are nothing like what’s displayed on the room tv and found it hard to eat having to go out for food! Rafael at breakfast is very friendly and makes great eggs or omelettes. Staff Brilliant, Rene and the team very welcoming and friendly, always happy to assist. Cleaning team always leave clean rooms and do not touch belongs so very safe. Pool Lovely and clean, posh loungers that opens at 9am so no early morning towel wars. However, there are people placing towels on more than one location of beds to dictate sunshade and shade when it becomes a little warm for those. This needs to be monitored as paying customers had to walk away due to not being able to get around the pool. Overall 4.5 out of 5 from us just the evening meals let it down. Would highly recommend a visit as the eating options may suit others unfortunately just didn’t suit me. But thank you Rene and team for a great stay and a wonderful first experience in Arona!

This hotel was fabulous, the staff were super friendly and helpful, overall clean place, pool was super clean and the pool beds are so comfy! Breakfast was lovely, dinner was hit and miss but overall nice food! Would definitely recommend to friends/couples and family’s for a nice relaxing break.

The property was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels & bedding. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts and lunch were excellent with a very good choice. We never had dinner but spoke to a few people who enjoyed the evening menu. Pool area and jacuzzi were very tidy and there was always spare sunbeds around the pool. Gym area well equipped. There is some building work next door and this is quite loud at times and also being close to the Veronica Strip the music is also quite loud at night although this can only be heard if you are in the balcony or garden areas of your room - once doors / windows closed it's quiet. All in all a very good stay and good value for money - just a pity about the building work next door but not a fault of the hotel.
