Melia Jardines del Teide

Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Hotel jest pięknie położony, mnóstwo zieleni, bardzo czysto, pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Strefa basenowa czysta, spokojna i zapewniająca różne aktywności. Wieczorami liczne atrakcje muzyczne na żywo w godzinach 19.30 do 22.30. Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy z pięknym widokiem na ocean.

Amazing stay at melia jardines del tiede, we stayed a weeks all inclusive with my partner,we loved the entertainment especially Raw Showband from Africa what a live band,an act that will do really well!! The service around the bar area was tremendous with Valentina and johnathans great customer service they are a real credit to your hotel plus ramon , we will definitely revisit your hotel,only small negative we had a meal at the Italian and waited 45 minutes on our desert to be told lady had forgot to press the desert order so we left,but this didn’t taint our experience here !!!

We've stayed here a few times, most recently late June 2025. We had a half board Level room with Pool access, so on the fifth floor, but actually at ground level if you enter via the main entrance. If you enter via the main pool side you're on level -1 (six floors away from reception). The one thing about this hotel is if you're not fully able to get about (even with a network of lifts) it's possibly not for you. And it's up a steep hill so be prepared. But don't let it put you off. The views over Adeje are stunning and the hotel itself outweighs any perceived downside. The staff are enormously helpful and there's a separate check-in, pool, lounge area and breakfast area for Level guests. The rooms are spacious and the food (buffet for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant) is very good, and there are always plenty of choices. There are also a couple of other restaurants on site. We only had dinner a couple of times because there are many great restaurants in Adeje and neighbouring La Caleta which are also worth a visit, but we never missed breakfast. Try booking via Melia if you are considering it. You might be surprised on the price compared to a third party package/tour operator. My one negativity is we were offered €100 voucher if we got in touch with the Level Concierge. It was actually a sales pitch (I don't know what for as I never got that far), so we declined. Had the note been up front it may have been different. Other than that I can't fault the hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the pool area and view are fantastic but overall I wouldn't say it was a 5* hotel. The All Inclusive has a lot of rules in place where you can only eat in certain places at certain times of day which felt a bit restrictive - in addition there was no food available around the pool area so if you wanted to eat you had to get dressed and go up to the main restaurant area. We stayed for 4 nights so were unable to access any of the a la carte restaurants - one of which you have to pay with no discounted rate available for AI guests. The grounds are beautiful and our room was lovely - we were staying as a group of 3 friends and the room was plenty big enough for us with a lovely terrace. We stayed in an Ocean View Junior Suite and can't fault the room - though we did have to ask multiple times to get a third chair put onto our terrace - something you would think would already be in place when they know 3 people are staying in a room. The major downside of the hotel, for us, was the lack of atmosphere. There is live entertainment each evening but this stops at 10.30pm sharp and after this, there is not even any background music playing in the bar which just felt really odd. I understand there are rooms near the bar area but I've never stayed anywhere else where everyone is asleep by 11pm! The same goes for the pool - very limited atmosphere or music being played at any time. In terms of location, this was good. About a 10/15 minute walk in and out of Costa Adeje. I've never been to this resort previously and would definitely go back - the beaches, promenade and bars/restaurants all look lovely. There is also a designer shopping mall within walking distance. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I will definitely return to the area but, sadly, not to this hotel. Thanks for reading my review - I hope it was helpful.
