Me and my mom really enjoyed it here!! We loved all the paddel and tennis lessons! Also because we loved the game but mostly because the coach was very kind, funny and good at the sport (really good Im not lying if I’m saying he’s the best player I’ve seen with my own eyes). I could really laugh with him but I’ve also learned a lot, we will definitely go back!

Realy nice stay. Rooms very clean and big. Beds were very comfortable. Two single beds joined together. Bathroom had big clean shower and towels provided. You can find in hotel nice sport infractusture... tennis courts, basketball and football courts etc. Lot of sport activities. Nearly every hour you could join to some classes. Nice swimming pool and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Has spa where you ban book massage. In avaridge price. You can rent a car in place or book some trips. Shop in place was very handy. Great place for families and couples or even singles. Realy recommend. Minus was a beach which was close but very small I will say tinny with stones ( you need shoes to go into water). General lovely stay. Recommend and I will say place should have more than 3 stars.

We booked and paid for a room with pool view, but when we check in, we did’t get it, no sorry and no compensation Had to wait a day, and change the room, still no sorry or conpensation or money back for the lost day Email to contactcenter@servatur.com is still unanswered

The hotel is set up well, it has a very pleasant and clean reception. The Spar is reasonably priced and the bike rental is well priced. The rooms are pleasant, the tv has a wide range of channels along with tv apps. The hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. The hotel has a wide range of sports facilities from football and basketball to volleyball and paddle.

Nice hotel for sports lovers - Nice reception staff - Great gym BUT - Demanding a deposit of 150€ was bothering considering that I was staying only 1 night and the price of the room was around half of the deposit price What bothered me is that I got charged the amount already when usually with deposits there is a pre-authorisation pending and not the full retrieval (speaking from my knowledge) - Also, considering the rooms are quite out dated, I mean, there are many things one can observe and complain about, but let's keep it quiet for now, still do not understand the deposit And the last part with this deposit is that I had to wait until someone checks, which lasted up to 30 minutes. Quite an unfortunate situation all in all - maybe you should reconsider your SOPs(standard operating procedures) to make the guest feel welcomed and not start with charging deposits as I would have left with the room in my back First experience like this in a Servatur hotel in Gran Canaria and I stayed at 3 different ones, for 1 night only as in this case.
