Hotel piękny, zadbany . Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór. Mięso, ryby, owoce czy napoje . Sporo wszystkiego w dobrej jakości . Plaza cudowna okolo 2 km od hotelu. Transport hotelowa taxi dwa razy w ciągu dnia (10 i 17). Ewentualnie na własny koszt 7€. Trzy baseny, zjeżdżalnie, bar ... Cisza i spokój. Polecam hotel .

We are departing tomorrow after a weeks stay, with 2 children age 10 & 17. We found the hotel to be relaxing with good facilities, the food has been good and varied. We hired a car and visited some beautiful beaches. The bedroom was comfortable and large, unfortunately our children are not able to share a bed given their ages so me and my partner had to share the sofa bed which wasn't ideal. The evenings here are quiet, the entertainment was maybe a bit lacking, although fantastic for little ones. We loved the diverse mixture of nationalities at the Hotel, so with the exception of a few typical Brits abroad types it felt good (we are from the UK but don't want to be surrounded by people drinking 20 pints all day!) Overall, a lovely hotel, and a relaxing week in a very beautiful place.

Unforgettable family stay – highly recommended! Our experience at the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warm and welcoming staff who were attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The visit to the golf club was a highlight and truly something we will cherish forever. The hotel is also very family-friendly – a perfect choice for a stay with children. We would love to come back!

We booked our stay via TUI. We travelled as a family with a young child. I give this review honestly and we really are not a family to moan. If noise bothers you then this isn’t the hotel for you , doors are not flush with frames , screaming , shouting door slamming you name it. I sleep well but noise kept me and our child up most nights. The noise is unbearable. Food is repetitive , I can tell you deserts each night are white panacota, ice cream and jelly (red, green and yellow). Odd food offerings curried chicken, bland pasta. Salad bar is ok but it is just exactly the same day and night. There are not enough tables for guests, to get a table you will often need to clear a table and reset it. Bar service very slow, only one bartender sometimes servicing 20 guests you will be in for a wait. Cleanliness - poor rubbish not cleaned away food on the floor, bars. I raised a complaint and spoke with the hotel director he was unresponsive and rude, you will find them in the restaurant of an evening eating food and drinking beer. We also messaged the hotel PR director using the WhatsApp number advertised by the hotel regarding faulty aircon but again unresponsive. This hotel is a trek from the town , taxis 8-10€ each way. We had a better stay at the blue sea hotel in the town and that was a 3* The hotel entertainment average , during the day tunes played out from a boogie box round the poor. Need to be a little careful as they were blasting out a song called Back Way, have a look at the lyrics. I’ll give you a line to be going on with “rev out mi body , stab out mi belly and cum” “you wah fu*k it” This hotel has a lot to work on customer service would be a start

-Pool area is good however not open til 10am which is fine if you don’t have children but what are you supposed to do with a child that’s been up since 8am? You do find people will que at the gate for a sunbed near 10am. -Pool bar not open til 11am which is quite late in my opinion, soft drink machine isn’t turned on til then either so water only until then or you can get juice out of one machine in the restaurant. Always just one person behind the bar which just isn’t enough, the one person is always ran off their feet. The hotel is fairly clean but mess around the pool & bar area not cleaned up for long periods of time. -Rooms are nice and decent size but paper thin walls / no soundproofing. We had to move due to a screaming child next door waking us up every day at 7am, we had enough by day 5. Our new room was much better but at a cost of poor aircon, non working fans (which we were told don’t work in this block (2) they are just for DECORATION) and a non working phone to contact reception (what if we had an emergency??) all of which was reported on more than 5 occasions. We asked for some bedding for the sofa bed but was told no one was available to bring any so we ended up dragging the mattress into the lounge area as the aircon was slightly cooler in there -It can get very windy/chilly in the evenings so bring a jacket -Themed restaurant wasn’t open until we were a week into our holiday, it’s only open weds-Fri and you can go at 6:30 or 8:15. The food is much better than what you can get at the buffet, carbonara 10/10. It is still a buffet style and help yourself to drinks, no table service in either restaurant. Shame they can’t have same standard of food in the other restaurant -The entertainment team are lovely & friendly, Hakim in particular -The entertainment itself isn’t amazing but the main issue is there being not enough seating for the amount of guests -Hotel is mainly Spanish & German guests -Food is poor, not much choice, same stuff repeated lunch & dinner just in a slightly different variation if they could be bothered. The pasta is usually dreadful, overcooked & bland. They do have some nice hash browns at breakfast and good pizza at the snack bar. Self serve your own drinks in the restaurant, no wine glasses or pint glasses though -€8-€10 taxi into town, there is a shuttle that goes to the beach at 10am and returns at 5pm (apparently), we got the shuttle in but weren’t told where to get it back. No shops near the hotel so get snacks in town, there is a small fridge in the room. -There is a WhatsApp number for the hotel but don’t bother with that as you don’t get a response. We raised several complaints over the course of our 10 days and none of it was rectified, the staff don’t seem to care at all. Overall once improvements have been made this hotel could be a 4 star but at the moment it’s just about a 3. We paid a lot of money for this holiday and it’s unfortunately just not up to standard.
