Broncemar Beach

Świetne miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili pracownicy, czyściutki pokój, byliśmy już z mężem w wielu miejscach i to nas mile zaskoczyło! W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni i otrzymaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie! 🙃🙃 bardzo dziękujemy zwłaszcza paniom na recepcji! Polecam

After reading some reviews on here we did have some reservations but that quickly subsided once we arrived at the Broncemar. Firstly the staff were always friendly from the reception staff to cleaners and bar staff always chatting and went out of their way to help whenever needed A special mention to Luigi, Julia and the rest of the entertainment team who were fantastic throughout our stay with lots of activities in the day and the kids disco and evening shows. they would always stop to chat the kids loved it and they really made our holiday The food was great , we were AI and there was always something decent to eat fresh from the grill and lots of variety. We had steak, salmon, chicken, turkey, pork, various fish, sushi, loads of desserts Ice cream and the kids favourite.......chocolate fountain and marshmallows We had quite a basic room but this didn't matter as we were rarely there. This had everything we needed and was cleaned regularly The only slight downside was the pool was chilly but that was only because it's only Apr and I'm sure it will be fine with a bit more sun. We have only been back a day and already thinking about coming back Thankyou Broncemar and all the staff!

Firstly and most importantly I do recommend this hotel, it’s the fifth time we’ve stayed here in two years and have another two visits booked in the next twelve months so that speaks for itself. Positively, the location is brilliant. Central and close to bars, shops, restaurants and beach. The pools are large and great for all. One is heated (needed in cooler months) the animation crew get better and put on lots of entertainment during the day. Staff are friendly and hotel is generally clean. Rooms are bungalow style villas which offer more than most and very pretty. They have started repairing and improving on other spaces like the disused football pitch and park. Negatively, the beds are frankly awful and you get back ache every morning, they were clearly cheap and nasty after the refurbishment during Covid and after a few years of use are no longer fit for purpose and need replacing. This should be a priority for the hotel but they just seem to get worse every time we return. Hotel is still beautiful but starting to show signs of wear after the refurb a few years ago, not significantly but this will go one way or another like many Canary Hotels now. Evening entertainment never changes and needs mixing up and improving. The all inclusive element has deteriorated in quality and what you get so we don’t bother anymore and go out.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment self catering ,very spacious all good nice terrace , 2 adults 1 child , no idea what food was like in hotel coz we ate out. Pint of lager £5 euros what I rip off , so got our own from supermarket, pools nice staff lovely x

This could be a much better hotel than it is but too many easily fixable things let it down. IIMO this is not a 4* hotel as is stated on the entrance and wrist bands. Too many easily fixable issues let it down, broken lights with wires hanging out that children can touch on the stairs to reception( see pic) , broken pool signs, broken tiles, no staff collecting cups and glasses around pool & no proper pool snack area just a small table with clingfilmed left over food on plates that kids (including self catering kids). Touching without parents present. The rooms were lovely and big. We had a nice big balcony, beds were hard and uncomfortable but cleaners came most days and changed towels. We did get cockroaches but a towel behind door seemed to stop this. The bathrooms have no ventilation and constantly have a bad smell. We were given a room probably the furthest away. Right outside was piles of building equipment, skips and rubbish (and an old van as in pic). Again this could be fenced off so custimers dont see it rught outside their doors. Had to have our light fixed and remote wouldnt work. We were offered another room when asked but the only room available was a room another customer wanted out of due to noise and overlooking main road. We decided that wasnt an option so put up with what we had, but was a bit of a trek back and forth to our room, on the plus side it was fairly quiet. Food is just OK the hotel does try to change it up but the hall is only small and fets crowded easliy. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice. Location is great 5min walk to beach and restaurants. Caleta is pretty small, no waterpark or much close by so if you want a busy resort this will not be for you. All the staff work really hard from cleaners, entertainment team and bar staff, waiters etc. Entertainment for older families wasn't great but for young kids there's a disco and pool games. Beds do get taken early for specific areas but beds still available after 8.30. This was the first All inclusive hotel we've been to that only does 2 cocktails (basically vidka/lemonade with blue juice & rum and lemonade with red juice ) and you've to pay for the rest. I had to pay for pina coladas and Mojitos and weve been to over 25 All inclusive. I would not come back due to lots of the smaller issues as mentioned above.
