Broncemar Beach

Świetne miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili pracownicy, czyściutki pokój, byliśmy już z mężem w wielu miejscach i to nas mile zaskoczyło! W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni i otrzymaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie! 🙃🙃 bardzo dziękujemy zwłaszcza paniom na recepcji! Polecam

The resturaunt had only chips that oir kids would eat the whole week theres wasnt one kids meal on the menu! Theres no air con in the apartments atall only only plug in fans with rust & dust or an old ceiling fan thats a waste of electricity! The place was swarming with cockroaches every night our kids were terrified! A man had slipped & burst his head opened they took their time im helping so i got tissues to stem the bleeding while his family members cleaned up his blood from the pool side,nobody came to disinfect it or anything afterwards! If we asked for help we were told no no go ask someone else the pictures arent what the reality is oir rooms were dirty & hardly ever cleaned i bought my own supplies to do it

We came here as a party of 14 We had requested rooms close to each other so the 5 children in the group could all play when they wished to do so. We were situated in Glasgow block and had 5 rooms all next to each other which was perfect. The hotel its self is lovely we couldn’t fault it. The rooms were clean and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. The food was lovely breakfast was definitely our favourite meal of the day and there was always something for everyone. Lunch and dinner were a little repetitive however there was always something to eat so overall not an issue for us. The pool facilities were lovely and our children enjoyed the splash pool which was lovely and clean. Only thing I have to mention is the floor around the pool is so so slippy which caused an incident with my dad who was playing with the grandkids and slipped coming off the splash park sadly falling backwards and hitting his head off the tile floor. The team (lifeguard) responded straight away and supported us with ensuring he was ok. Myself and my sister in law are both qualified first aiders so we also supported to ensure all was ok. The manager did come and see us and told us if we needed anything to go directly to her and she would support. This incident didn’t effect our holiday however please be cautions around the pool as I do no another women fell a few days after my dad again in the same area. We had a lovely break and would defiantly go back again

We have just had a great week at the Broncemar Beach Suites! My children loved it! It is a small hotel but plenty of space around the pool and in the courtyard area. The things we loved most about this place were how relaxed it was in terms of being able to come and go as you please from the kids club, how you could choose to eat in the restaurant, the bar area or at the poolside, the fact that inflatables and water toys are allowed in all the pools and how incredibly hard all the entertainment team and the hotel staff work to keep the place running! Everyone was super friendly and cheerful! Yes there are things that could be updated like the games room equipment, better towels in the accommodation and the range of beer and cocktails on offer on the AI menu but this stuff did not dampen our holiday. The rooms were clean enough and the linen and towels are changed 4/5 times during the week. The beach is also a short stroll away. There are plenty of restaurants, a promenade, marina and little shops outside the hotel too if you fancy a walk and change of scenery. I think a week here is plenty as some things do get repetitive but all in all a great place to holiday with a young family!

Good bits nice clean pool area and bar restaurant area front lobby area. Now the bad bits for room cleaning I’m here for two weeks room been swept once room mopped twice once because I had to get cleaners back at night time as the room smelled like wet dog. Bedding changed every third day but on two occasions we had dirty pillows due to kid fell asleep with face paint on and other suntan cream I’ve had to get maid back at night to change these 3 days left like this and as I got maid back one of beds was left with just bottom sheets nothing else. Also there are 3 of us only left 2 bath towels two small towels and no floor towel for getting out of shower. Entertainment is good for kids but is repetitive same thing for pool aerobics as the music and dance at night times. Had noisy neighbours upstairs got told to ring to reception and they would come and sort out the situation so I did and they said they only had one security guard on and there was nothing that they could do so I said I will sort it myself and put the phone down two mins later they send receipts to tell them to keep quiet.
