Campiello Hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights. My husband is sadly scared of mosquitos and our original room had quite a lot of mosquitos and was also quite small and dated. We paid a bit extra and upgraded to a larger room. This room had been recently renovated and to a very high standard. Lovely room and facilities. Overall all the staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was lovely and the location is superb as right next to the main square in Venice. Great hotel!

Hôtel super bien situé (à côté de l embarcadère zaccaria) Service de réservation de Navette privée pour l aéroport très efficace. Petit dej correct. Notre chambre,assez grande, donnait sur une cour très calme. Notre salle de bain était un peu vétuste mais propre. Il y a plein de restaurants à proximité pour le soir.

Our room was filthy! Dust on all the furniture, even the headboard. Spider webs hanging down from ceiling. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. The shower handle was broken so it was a challenge just to get the temperature correct. If the city was not so crowded, we would have changed hotels.
