Relais La Cappuccina

Beautiful property with comfortable spacious rooms, located just 5 min away from town centre of San Gimignano which also very beautiful. We stayed in the terrace suite and the rooms were very clean and tidy, and of course beautifully done. Tiny bits here and there than can be worked on like a vanity tray in shower and a kettle. Five stars as along with nicely done room, good food, good breakfast layout, the staff is very warm and kind, everyone from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Thank you to Assal at reception for being very helpful.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, most of the rooms have an amazing and beautiful view, just a dream Comfortable and large free parking, the rooms are large and luxurious, there is a pool only in November, it was not possible to use it, but the whole place is as simple as in fairy tales, excellent and kind service

This resort, despite we stood there for one night only, was a biggest surprise of recent years, because its reviews were neither bad nor superb. However, immediately I went out from the car and saw the beautiful countryside around with San Gimignano’s towers on the horizont I told myself that this hotel had to be an ideal place. And it definitelly was. Location, staff, rooms, brakfast and breathtaking views made this hotel a place which I will definitely keep in my Tuscanian memories.

We stayed whilst on an Italian road trip. The hotel staff were all very positive and helpful. On our two nights the menu was different each evening and the food was very very good. There was a wide choice at breakfast and lots of fresh fruit. The room had great views . It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

La struttura di trova in una posizione ottima rispetto a San Gimignano. Al momento dell’arrivo è possibile usufruire anche di un aperitivo di benvenuto. Lo Staff in generale è molto disponibile e accogliente ed è possibile richiedere delle modifiche sulla mezza pensione (spostandola dalla cena al pranzo e vice versa). In camera non erano presenti gli orari delle varie attività (colazione, pranzo, cena). Una nota essenziale e da migliorare è stato che la mia morosa aveva delle allergie, queste sono state comunicate da noi alla reception e dalla reception al ristorante, ma al momento dell’ordine dei piatti al ristorante ci è stato detto che non era possibile modificarli. Il ristorante è molto da albergo, presenta però una cucina molto buona e anche abbondante, penso che se il ristorante avesse un pizzico di identità in più potrebbe reclamare anche molta gente dall’esterno. In piscina ci sono state molte persone, anche adulte, che giocavano a palla da una parte all’altra, dato il resort non lo ritengo congruo.
