Cały personel hotelu bardzo kompetentny, uczynny , uśmiechnięty, pomocny . Pokoje komfortowe, czyste, pościel i ręczniki zmieniane.

The hotel itself is nice, looking a bit tired in places, needing updating. Very clean, friendly with fairly good amenities, a lot of walking is involved to get from your room to any of the amenities. Very comfortable bed, pillows not so much, we stayed in a deluxe room which had a lovely balcony including a table with chairs and sun loungers which was a god send on the two days when it rained on and off. Our deal was a BB for 9 nights. The hotel has nothing around it that is in walking distance, they do run a shuttle service into the centre for 10 euros pp return which is very good value which you need to pre book your slot earlier in the day. We spent most evenings eating at the hotel which wasn't the best idea economically or for choice. At 35 Euros pp I would expect more variety considering that most people opted to eat in. We were quite bored of the food by the third night. My husband has a shellfish allergy and it was disappointing and scary that none of the food were labelled at all with any ingredients or allergy warnings especially in this day and age. There is nothing to do in the hotel in the evenings other than sit in the bar and listen the lovely young lady sing or play requests which gets rather boring after a couple of evenings. We chose to rent a car for two days to explore rather than taking the expensive tours. A word of advice, if renting a car, pre book before your trip. Don't bother with the spa! We booked various massages between myself, my husband and two grown up children, what a waste of time and money! One young lady running the very dead spa ( now we know why it was dead ). I booked in for a lymphatic drainage massage and got an hour of gentle oil rubbing on my calves. We complained to the reception explaining our reasoning as to why we would only agree to pay for half the money and they did agree without argument which was nice. I now wish I had declined to pay at all but we wanted to be reasonable. Don't bother with the beach unless you are very fit and like adventures. The trek to get to it is so hazardous, you need appropriate footwear. The lifeguard at the pools lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I do think that it would be a good gesture if a free bottle of water was presented to each guest upon arrival considering the heat, the cost of hotel and the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere as many hotels around the world do offer this. Maybe the hotel could benefit its guest by adding a little convenience store on the grounds?! When we were checking out, we discovered a lot of room charges that were not ours. It turned out that another guest (who had already checked out as discovered later ) had been giving our room numbers. We could clearly see that the signatures were very different. Thankfully, it was all resolved and we only paid for our bill. I would have thought that they could have done a little bit more than just an apology considering it was down to their own poor payment system. They ask you for your room number and get you to sign a piece of paper, apparently they are meant to check on their list of guest names with room numbers to make sure it tallys, obviously their staff, in particular at the pool bar, were not doing their jobs properly. We used Voyage Prive and included was a welcome cocktail each, upon asking the hotel, we were told that we were only entitled to any non alcoholic drink or red/white wine. Poor communication between the hotel and Voyage Prive if they can't agree on what a cocktail is. All in all, we had a good holiday but I wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend it. I wouldn't rate it worth the money which is a shame as it has potential to be better.

This is a remote hotel and a car is advisable. The area is very beautiful and very peaceful. Staff are very nice. However the fire alarm went off for approx 20 mins during the night. There appeared to be NO staff fire drill procedure. No effort to make sure guests were safe or to keep guests up to date in relation to if there was a fire. A good few people didn’t hear the alarm that we’re staying on the top floor.
