Wonderful place. Fantastic staff, very kind and helpful and always smiling. The location of the hotel is stunning and the views are breathtaking. There's an evening entertainment as well with great songer Federica. She is so talented and a lovely person. We had an amazing time, thank you!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Nice hotel room with a wonderful view. All of the staff is very helpful and kind. Good shuttle experience. An extra star to Valentina at the pool bar and Giusy the barista ,the Singer Federica and the drivers.

A wonderful stay is this lovely hotel perched half way up a hill overlooking the beautiful Ionian Sea The staff are amazing with particular mention of Tania Rita and Laura on reception . The king of Campari and orange and mean tankerey and fever tree Rosario . The lifeguard was extremely attentive , fluent English and good at his job but I did not get his name . The waiting staff at breakfast and the brilliant evening buffet were exemplary. All these people contributed to our wonderful stay .

A magnificent 7 night stay at this lovely hotel with amazing staff and views of the Sicilian coast and Taormina. Probably the best food we have eaten in an hotel , the evening buffet has a different theme to it every night special mention of the lady spaghetti chef , 6 varieties a night .The small village above the hotel is worth a visit for the scenery alone .Hire a car and drive to Etna - avoid the tours .on arrival I was told the beaches are closed until 15th may which I was upset about but to be honest I have not missed them at all - the pools are magnificent. We came end of April - I am not sure I would want to be here in August as we virtually had the place to ourselves now . Reception staff are amazing , knowledgeable and very very helpful .
