Hotel położony tuż przy plaży. Plaża kamienista a woda w morzu chłodna , orzeźwiająca po upalnym słońcu. Parasol z 2 leżakami 15 euro do wykupienia za dzień. Pokoje dosyć przestronne, ciche i czyste. Personel bardzo przyjazny , uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Kolacja przepyszna do wyboru z listy oraz wspaniały deser. Śniadania , no cóż tu mogłabym się trochę przyczepić bo jajka z lodówki bardzo zimne ,jajecznica mi średnio smakowała- zamówiliśmy omlety za które trzeba płacić 6 euro. Szynka i sery z bułeczkami albo chlebem smakowała także nie było aż takiego problemu. Kawa bardzo dobra i mnóstwo ciasteczek jak to we Włoszech. Z pod hotelu jeździ busik do Taorminy za ok 5 euro trzeba się zapisać w recepcji. Taormina jest większym urokliwym miasteczkiem z licznymi knajpkami.

We enjoyed a short stay at the Albatross Hotel and were pleasantly surprised and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed by all staff. Our room was refreshingly clean, lovely large shower, comfortable large double bed, balcony with a sea view (just). The wardrobe in our room seemed a little small, but was workable. There is a mini-bar in the room which included wine, beers, pressecco and soft drinks etc, however, there was no price list or indication of cost associated with these items. The breakfasts were amazing with a large varied selection of hot and cold choices, including pastries and cakes, absolutely superb, a credit to all. If you go to the beach, you need to access this via a one way street directly outside the hotel, which was fine. The hotel has a small swimming pool with stepped access. The hotel also runs a ‘shuttle bus service to Taormina, which must be one of the most fabulous destinations to enjoy and take in the views, the culture, the scenery, architecture and weird little side streets inviting you discover more. The resort has a super selection of local high class restaurants, bars, patisseries, gelato’s all vying for your custom.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We booked due to all the good reviews. We have found staff can be rude and not helpful. It was chaos having breakfast yesterday. One waitress in particular rushing around bumping into people. Shocking. On arrival we were not given information on the hotel and witnessing in the reception area today new people checking in were given maps etc. Would I return here again No. we stayed at the Rivage last time and found staff more helpful

Everything about this place is delightful. It's spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities. There was a wide choice for breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. The evening meal we had there was also delicious. The staff were exceptional, they even provided a birthday cake for one of our group! It's on the beachfront and they provide a shuttle to Taormina.

Excellent service. The welcome was warm, and the rooms impeccably clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us and were always friendly; nothing was too much trouble. They retrieved a bag my friend had left on the bus on an arranged excursion and delivered it back to us. They took plenty of time to explain all the possible options for our excurion choices to go to Etna. Bar prices were reasonable. The breakfast was consistently amazing, with lots of cakes on offer as well as bacon, scrambled eggs, and fruit. If we came back to Sicily, we wouldn't hesitate to come back to Hotel Albatros.
