Niedawno zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu na cztery noce (od 25 do 29 lipca), a moja żona i nasz syn (5) i córka (2) świetnie się bawili. Nasz pokój był ogromny, miał mały aneks kuchenny, salon, 1 1/2 wanny. Wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Basen nie był ogromny, ale był naprawdę miły dla dzieci. Plaża jest naprawdę blisko, w odległości krótkiego spaceru ulicą i jest to piękna plaża. Piaszczysta i czysta. Dostarczone leżaki były również na najwyższym poziomie i bardzo mile widziane. dostałem wspaniały 50-minutowy masaż całego ciała za 30 euro, dzięki kuponowi, który otrzymałem przy odprawie. Bardzo polecam spa.    Mieliśmy śniadanie wliczone w nasz pobyt i wszyscy byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego, co mieli do zaoferowania. Mieli nawet pizzę każdego ranka, a także jajka w dowolny sposób, naleśniki, świeże owoce itp. Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt tutaj i gorąco polecam to każdemu.

Hotel był bardzo czysty, jedzenie było smaczne, a pokoje duże. Blisko plaży. Po prostu życzymy, aby personel był bardziej przyjazny i gościnny. Nie są proaktywne. Nie sądziliśmy, że dobrze jest grać w chowanego z małymi dziećmi przy basenie, podczas gdy dzieci są w klubie dla dzieci.

Miłe miejsce na pobyt z rodziną. Doskonałe jedzenie, fajny metr zwany Sgr Andrea. Spółdzielni kucharze, przygotowujący wszystko dla mojego 4 letniego syna. Mam nadzieję, że będę mógł wrócić. Baseny morskie i termalne wewnątrz i na zewnątrz.

Byliśmy na Rodzinnych wakacjach z dorosłymi, dziećmi, dziadkami. Wszystko było idealne. Pokoje były czyste, jedzenie było doskonałe, kryty basen był doskonały, ponieważ pogoda nie była zbyt dobra, a personel był świetny. Wszyscy byli tak przyjaźni i mili, szczególnie dla naszych dzieci. Czuliśmy się więcej niż mile widziani w twoim domu i chcielibyśmy wrócić.

The hotel seems to be quite new and modern. Our room was really comfortable with a big balcony, integrated kitchen unit and a small fridge. It was even air-conditioned which was a big plus. The cleaning Personal was working every day to keep everything clean and nice, which is in a family hotel a challenge for sure. Nevertheless the complete staff was always friendly. Another advantage is the location of the hotel. It’s placed close to the beach, by foot you can reach it within five minutes. And the hotel holds a separate, private beach area which is only accessible for hotel guests. It was always easy for us to find free sun loungers and sun shades, even when we arrived after lunch. As an alternative the hotel provides also a pool landscape. So if you need a pause from the beach you can easily relax at the hotels pool which is free of usage for guests. On the negative side it’s worth to mention the stench in the hotel lobby. Not sure where it comes from, but at nearly everytime of the day the stench (smelled a bit like something rotten) hits your nose quite bad. Also the kids‘ room has left a bad impression. It’s placed next to the pool which is fine, but most of the stuff inside the room is already broken and nearly unusable. When we once entered the room it strongly smelled like pee. But the biggest problem is the situation at the dinner. The hotel promotes its dinner buffet, but as a matter of fact it is not able to handle the amount of guests. All are very hectically, running around and at the show cooking stations (to be clear: most of the time it’s pasta with oil and garlic) you have to wait for ages at peek times. And be aware of the grumpy bald guy who talks to the other staff like he is a slavedriver. I understand that there must be a boss and someone who steers everything, but as a guest I’m not interested in seeing that. It should be done without impacting the atmosphere at a dinner. The offered food for kids is a joke. Most of the time it’s only pasta with tomato sauce. Once they provided sausages and once schnitzel. That’s not what I expect as state of the art food for my kids in terms of healthy and vital. For adults it seems the Dinner responsible tries to provide a variation of basically everything, as long as it is not Italian. Unfortunately most of the things are not really good. All in all the hotel is absolutely recommendable and worth the money. The staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the location are such a big plus. We enjoyed every minute, apart from the dinner. We will come back for sure, but next time we will book only breakfast and go outside for dinner.
