NSM Hotel Palace Lucera

Travelled to Italy with work and i am currently into my second week at this great hotel.The staff are extremley friendly and the rooms clean and bright.The chef prepares fantastic food.All in all agreat place to stay

From the moment you enter and are greeted with wet towels, drinks (cold brood tea) to the front desk accommodations and concierge help and the breakfast and dinner food quality and variety and service to the room service and included mini bar, with impeccable cleanliness and views to the central location Spa, free bus tickets free swimming pool (part of the public local pool that is built into the lake) and even to the hotel managers Catherine and Raymond Hunziker that are always walking around and treat you like royalty making sure you do not feel that you are just a number, but a highly valued special guest. They also have great ideas for tours. We booked some from home, but the best was a hiking tour by Echo Trails with one of the owners (Eve. A highly intelligent English teacher who loves hiking, and knows the best paces to hike and have a picnic).

Ospiti per la Settimana Medievale di Lucera, abbiamo goduto di un trattamento estremamente professionale e gentile. Noi ed i nostri animali. Assolutamente in cima alla lista de posti in cui soggiornare se di nuovo in zona. Un grande GRAZIE!

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia ragazza per un paio di notti, hotel molto elegante ma allo stesso tempo un ambiente molto caloroso, personale gentilissimo, il direttore veramente di cuore. Stanza suite grande, ben arredata, letto molto comodo, bagni non impeccabili sul pulito Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, pesce fresco, piatti particolari e per la tipologia di eleganza direi anche abbondanti. Abbiamo effettuato un percorso spa che è stato tra il rilassante ed il divertente, spa molto ampia, tenuta con cura e pulita. L'unico appunto che posso fare la moquette che a pare mio non è del tutto igienica ma per il resto assolutamente da rifare.

Ho prenotato semplicemente una notte con utilizzo SPA e pranzo il giorno dopo. Purtroppo, la gestione della struttura e degli inconvenienti, che comunque possono capitare, non è ottimale. Causa perdita acqua del condizionatore abbiamo atteso 2 ore per altra stanza e se non avessi fortemente reclamato e intimato il rimborso, non avrei ottenuto al camera per tre persone (quelle per cui ho pagato). Secondo chi era al momento all reception, purtroppo non si poteva più avere una tripla, poi MAGICAMENTE (e mi dispiace doverlo dire) dopo aver alzato la voce , la stanza c'era.
