Ten hotel to mistrzostwo świata!!! Wszystko jest w nim idealne. Pokoje przepiękne - mieliśmy 200m pokój z prywatnym basenem, śniadania wyśmienite, plaża bajeczna ale najwyżej oceniam obsługę. Jeszcze nigdzie tak się nie czułam jak w tym hotelu . Luksus na najwyższym poziomie .

This is my first trip in Phu Quoc! As Phu Quoc is still kind of developing, I didnt expect much from a primitive place where should have no commercial training like other places. However, I am totally wrong! Starting from the check-in process, I could feel the professionalism of the staff. Honestly, the ocean view room is fantastic and everything else is designed on the view of the guests. Even staying in the room for the whole day, it’s chill enough. The restaurant staffs are all delighted to be serving the guests and I could feel their sincerity and purity. Especially thanks to one staff, Anh who is smart, thoughtful, helpful and professional at Rice Market. He helped us to take a photo when he spotted our needs even he was handful. During the chats, he knew that it’s our anniversary stay. He gave his best to us with a glass of champagne and sparkling water for me who doesn’t drink alcohol. The other staffs, Tu at Rice Market and Huy and one more girl who is slim and with a pony tail (who mainly served outside area on sunset brunch) at Ocean Club. They are genuinely helpful and caring our needs. A 3 day trip is definitely not enough at Regent and I decide to come back once my husband and I have time.

This is the place to be to feel the hospitality at it's best for a price . Everything in the hotel is superb . The rooms with very best and comfortable emenities . Well stocked refreshments on the house with non alcoholic drinks keeps one quite taken care of . Breakfast unlike anything anywhere in Vietnam such a huge spread for options and taste and the staff that keeps on coming back to ask if anything they can recommend more to you . Beach very nice front tih beach chairs and umbrellas as you soak the sun and wait for a great sunset view . Certainly the management needs to be complimented for the excellent maintenance and innovative ways of keeping the guests pampered . Children club ensures your child is kept busy when the sun is above and children do not wish to come to room, so well are they taken care of . They have their own on site restaurants too with varied food options .

**Stayed for 2 nights in January 2025.** The resort itself is absolutely stunning, and I’m already planning a return visit. However, I was genuinely let down by some aspects of the service, which left me frustrated—especially considering this is a luxury IHG property and compared to my trip to Japan also staying at five star IHG hotels. Check-in was slow and underwhelming. For a resort that clearly caters to international guests, having more English-speaking staff would make a big difference. While we speak Vietnamese and managed fine, what really disappointed me was that we weren’t properly introduced to all the facilities during check-in. I only discovered after leaving that we completely missed the Seashell Bar on the beach and the bar with the infinity pool (not to be confused with the one near the gym). Missing out on key areas like these really took away from the full resort experience, which is frustrating when you're expecting five-star service. I really wish we got to visit these parts of the resort😭 In general, service throughout the resort didn’t quite meet five-star standards. This could partly be due to the language barrier, but overall the level of attentiveness and hospitality just didn’t match the high-end IHG experience I’ve had elsewhere. That said, there are many positives. The rooms and housekeeping were excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic—our whole group agreed it was one of the best selections we’ve had. The kids club was a huge hit—my son begged to go back every day. We had dinner at the steak restaurant (the steak and abalone were excellent; the rest of the meal was just okay), and enjoyed lunch by the beach. Prices were on the higher side, but that was expected for a resort like this. The gym also deserves a mention—it’s top-tier, with high-quality Technogym equipment. Despite the service hiccups, I’m impressed enough to return—but I’ll make sure to ask for a full tour next time. Also I did not see any GM throughout my stay. Not a complaint, just a heads-up to future guests: don’t assume you’ll be shown everything….

we are on the tail end of our 3 night stay at Regent Phu Quoc - we love everything about this resort! The resort never feels crowded. Private beach has powder soft white sand and very clean. Sea is calm. 4 swimming pools so pools are never crowded. Food quality and standard is high. Resort has daily activiites for guests - from cooking classes to yoga to wine tasting! Always something to do! Staff are professional and engaging. Thry make an effort to speak to you and find out whats on your mind. Don't miss their cocktail bar! Resort is in tip top shape! We are now making plans to return.
