Wszystko w porządku. Smaczne śniadania. Pokoje czyste. Miła obsługa. Polecamy. Z hotelu blisko do stacji metra. Dobra miejscówka na weekend i zwiedzanie Londynu. Wygodne łóżka i dobre gofry. Recepcjonista Juanid naprawdę dobrze się nami zaopiekował.

This is a 5/5. The hotel was clean, rooms were very nice but what really makes this a 5 star is the staff. Each one was courteous, friendly and eager to please. Rohan, went out of his way to make my stay perfect. He even helped me with an Amazon order from his phone. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you again Rohan

Amazing place to stay and excellent customer service. Especially Anush who had an amazing energy and added to the already fantastic atmosphere.

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and safe. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The breakfast had many English options, but was a bit busy after 8:30 in the morning.

Our stay was amazing, the stuff was lovely. We had a great conversation with Yeafi at breakfast. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud - very nice.
