Balmy Foresta

What to start with? I was expecting more. Hotel for sure has done a great marketing showing the place as renovated and super modern. To be honest there were plenty of minuses. 1. Sup is not available as a free activity. 2. There is no jewellery shop 3. Restaurants as chinese and steak are closed 4. Restaurant is full 5. Rooms are old 6. Swimming pools are dirty 7. Menu of drinks is not available in bars 8. There were not any artistic lab activities If you want a luxury hotel - for sure it is not I was in Barut and Akra hotels, so I see a really big difference.

We travelled as a family of 3, with our 18 year old son and had 2 rooms, and had a great time at Balmy Foresta. We knew that the timing of our trip was in the first weeks after the re-brand launch of the resort, and as such we expected and understood the fact that some of the team were new and were learning their roles. We also knew there’d be a few aspects to consider which would enhance or improve customer experiences and in no way did these detract from us having a great time. This resort is beautifully appointed, and set in amazing surroundings. The rooms are lovely, albeit with very small balconies in standard rooms, however in general the facilities are excellent, and immaculately cleaned throughout. Food choices were extensive, be that in the buffet or separate speciality restaurants, with a huge choice of fresh salad offerings and a mixture of traditional Turkish dishes and grilled meats and fish. Breakfast was similar, with a massive choice between traditional continental and Turkish and with fresh bread and pastries you really can’t fault it. The pool areas, bars and facilities were always well maintained and serviced, and entertainment in an evening was good. We had Cabanas for 2 of our days on the beach and they were amazing- the team really looked after us and brought drinks/fresh fruit/ lunch to us as requested. Outside the hotel, there’s a few shops and facilities a short taxi ride or 10 min walk in either direction, and if you fancy a bit more you could get a taxi to Kemer which is about €25 in each direction. Latifa, the head of guest relations, was fantastic and took on board our requests and feedback with real professionalism. If you’re looking for a stunning relaxing base for your holiday this is a great place to consider.

This hotel is an absolute must. I have just got home from a week stay here and I can tell you that this resort is by far the best I have been to yet. Everything is beautiful; the grounds, rooms, hotel complex, scenery and food. There were a couple of issues but we spoke to the manager each time and she resolved each with grace and humour. She was a wonderful person with an infectious personality. The staff are very helpful, notably cengiz from the garden house restaurant and the female lifeguard, although with some there are language barriers, but this did not affect our stay in the slightest. There is something here for everyone, comfort, tranquility, energy and luxury.

We had a lovely family stay at Balmy Forest Hotel. The authentic Turkish food was absolutely delicious, and the peaceful, natural setting made it the perfect place to unwind. The ambience was warm and welcoming—ideal for a relaxing break together.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier, refait avec goût. Ambiance de l'hôtel très reposant et zen. La propreté est une priorité partout. Merci à Latifa à l'accueil en journée pour tous ses conseils, son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ( point positif elle parle français) ainsi que Deniz ( parle français) à l'accueil tôt le matin . Spectacle tous les soirs à l'amphithéâtre et petit concert tous les soirs également sur la grande terrasse. Plusieurs piscines ( pour adultes de+18 ans, piscine principale, piscine pour enfants avec toboggans, piscine privée dans les villas, piscine couverte). Les chambres sont grandes et pratiques et très propres, les draps et serviettes sont changés quotidiennement. Une belle salle de sport accessible dès 6h. Le chef du restaurant principal a amélioré avec goût,finesse chaque plat digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Il apporte une touche spéciale à chaque préparation et beaucoup de choix. Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels et variés chaque jour. Merci à Ozer, Onur, Okkes et Mehmet( restaurant garden house , super repas, très bon avec petite touche particulière pour l'anniversaire de mon mari avec champagne et gâteau ) pour leurs gentillesse, professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour la 5 ème fois dans cet hôtel.
