Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

We had most amazing time at Phuket. Our room was clean,lots of amenities in the bathroom. Quiet and peaceful area, out from hustles. All the staffs were lovely. We really got 5 star treatment at hyatt. Definitely coming back again. Also the pool side was beautiful. And utilise the free shuttle bus to kamala everyday. Saves you $$

We had a very informative session with Marat and Nadia at the Marine Biological Centre. Marat answered all our questions very well and with passion. We were glad that it was made available to non-hotel guests on World Ocean Day. Could offer people the option of planting corals for a fee and taking home a certificate noting the placement of their coral so that they can return to check on the growth of their corals.

I was asked to pay an additional Baht 3000 by Hyatt for my daughter whereas that was already paid while I booked with MakeMyTrip. This can be substantiated with the fact that the extra bed was already in the room when we checked in. Hence it was clear that when they asked me at the desk to pay the extra money, they already knew that my child was booked and paid for.

One of best resorts I have visited amazing pool outstanding service rooms and resort pool great clean beach across road highly recommend the staff are professional and extremely helpful the all the food outlets on the resort are amazing and great selection

The hotel is very lovely. The staff were always kind and helpful. we lived in a family room in building 12 which is high on the hill. the view was amazing and there was always a golf car available to drive us to and from the pool/breakfast/lobby. the room was very clean, huge and beautiful. high class. the kids were excited from every drive in the golf car :) the marine biologists room was very interesting. the activities in the kids club were fun.
