Novotel Bucharest City Centre

Wonderful Family Stay at Novotel Bucharest City Centre: We spent about a week at the hotel as a group of six people. We were given two rooms—one was a suite, and the other a spacious room with a connecting door. Everything was perfect for our family. We truly enjoyed the pool, the hotel facilities, the excellent service, the central location, the food, and especially the time spent together. The pool was fantastic for the kids, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or needs, even during the busy holiday period. Thank you very much to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay—we look forward to coming back!

Large hotel in the center of Bucharest. Rather crowded and noisy on the ground floor next to the reception. Clean rooms, cleaned every day. Tea/coffee facilities. A large crowd of people in the restaurant for breakfast. If you come late you have to wait for a free table. The staff clears the tables very quickly. Breakfast is good, quite a large selection of food. Nice and friendly staff.

The personnel at the reception was very rude, we communicated our early arrival and aware about the check-in time, however it is not acceptable that they let us wait 3 hours and allocated rooms to random guests arrived after us. We will never ever book this hotel. Definitely not a 4-star.
