Pestana Blue Alvor Beach - All Inclusive Hotel

Great location, 5 minutes away from the beach Check in was absolute chaos, bags lost, cot for infant missing which took 2 hours to locate. The service at best poor at worst unprofessional and rude. Shoulder shrug was a common response, genuinely unhelpful. Lift system a complete nightmare as well. Food is prison style, shocking, really really bad. If you want a drink at the bar, good luck, usually one member of staff holding the fort. After day 2 we decided to eat out and found alvor to be a super place, so would visit again just not stay at this hotel. Suspect Stevie Wonder awarded this place 5 stars. A lie!!

The buffet is very good and people are very good, I liked my stay here everything is nice and have many facilities, people are helpful and kind, I stayed in double bed room and it was nice and comfortable, it has two bars and nice and clean room , I liked the tub too

Fabio has been lovely with the children. Mixed weather for our stay but we’ve made the most of every minute. Beautiful hotel and the food and drinks have been amazing. Don’t listen to any negative reviews, if the weather is kind you will have a lovely holiday at this hotel in a beautiful area, the beach is amazing and on the doorstep ❤️
