Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza Berlin

Recently stayed here for a few nights on a sight seeing trip to Berlin. I cannot fault this hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to public transport, and even walking distance to some of the places you’d want to see. My room was spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable and well appointed. Staff were helpful & polite. An absolute gem of a hotel, in central Berlin. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very convenient for the trams, trains, restaurants, bars and shops and the area is quiet. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we used the hotel bar a couple of times too which was also very good Our premium room felt a bit on the small side especially the bathroom We arrived on a very hot day but when we turned the air-conditioning on it tripped the electric for the room. The staff kindly provided a fan and the windows could be opened. We tried it a couple of days later and the same thing happened so just used the fan after that and the weather cooled down so not a big issue. Overall a pleasant stay and would book again but maybe book a bigger room

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my son. Both of our rooms were excellent. I upgraded to the Suite which was well worth the money, the suite was very spacious and well appointed. The mini bar was complimentary and was restocked every day. The hotel is very well located and within walking distance of lots of the museums, tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Although the hotel is in the centre it is in a very quiet location. Staff here were very helpful especially with the room changes that we asked for. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights. My flight was cancelled so I was unable to check in on the first night. I rearranged my travel itinerary for the following day so that I would arrive at the hotel the next evening. I went onto the Hotel.com app to advise but found that they had cancelled my booking without informing me. They are now refusing to refund me. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

A comfortable hotel in a great location for tourists. The staff were helpful and it was exactly what we wanted. We had a spacious room with everything we needed. The bed was ridiculously large for me, and I would have preferred a regular double, but that is a small complaint. The breakfast was so varied that we did not manage to try everything during our stay.
