Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya

The entertainment at this hotel is great, so much for kids to do. The entertainment staff was very engaging with hte kids and it made the experience one to remember. Special shoult out to Angel who stood out among a great group. He raeally went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy. He is a great asset to the hotel.

We just came back from a great vacation at Sensira and we had an amazing time ! The staff was 10/10 amazing but Angel from the entertainment team was the best best best !!! He went above and beyond for us! I would go back just for him ! Ty for a great time !

This resort was excellent enjoyed every single day I was there. They have plenty of things to do over there and the staffs are wonderful. But one of their staff stood out to me the most his name is angel (from the entertainment) he is very kind and caring to everyone that walks his way he was the spotlight of my trip and he is truly an angel.

We went to rodeo grill and there food was really good. Especially the tuna tartare highly recommended. There staff is also very friendly and approachable Ana is our waitress and she is very nice and she’s very good with her job, very accommodating. Carlos there manager is very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend visiting sensira and try to eat in rodeo grill.

This hotel in Cancun had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I expect top-notch service when I go on an expensive vacation, but that wasn’t the case here. Every aspect of my stay was a struggle. Getting a plate or fork to eat was a hassle. I needed to find someone to get me water, which should have been brought to me. When I sat at a table to eat, I expected a waiter to come over and ensure that the table was clean, that I had silverware, glasses, water, and napkins. Every little thing was a struggle. The bartenders were indifferent and didn’t pay attention to us. We had to scream to get a drink. Our room ran out of shower gel and conditioner. It literally took them 3 days and 9 phone calls to finally get it. Extremely frustrating. We asked for our luggage to be picked up at 8 am, but they only came at 8:20. I couldn’t eat breakfast before my flight because I was waiting for them. It took another 20 minutes to check out. There was only one person working at the desk, and they were struggling with the credit card terminal for a while. There should have been four other people behind that front desk, considering the line was getting really big to check out. The facilities were nice, though. The pool area and lobby area were all very nice. The beach wasn’t so nice, though. There was a lot of seaweed, which is expected in this area this time of year. The beach chairs and lounges weren’t great either. Most were breaking and uncomfortable, which was okay. And again, it was a struggle to get someone to set up an umbrella. No one came over to ask if we wanted drinks. The service is where this hotel fails terribly. I would never stay here again.
